This morning I stopped by to get some gift cards to give out at work. I was tired but wasn't planning on getting a coffee. The staff was SO sweet! They inquired about what the gift cards were for and offered to give me a free coffee for getting so many! Their customer service is phenomenal! Definitely pay them a visit and they will improve your day with their kindness. :-)

The last few times I’ve come here the employees have been extremely rude constantly making mistakes with the drink orders if you order a large they give you a medium and have to correct them I get their busy but on their non busy days it’s the same issue.

The service is outstanding. There were a lot of young people working there. It is great to tip them and thank them for having a job. I ask how many are working right now and get a funny look as they tell me and their face is filled with grateful surprise when I give them a dollar per worker tip..

If you liked over priced coffee, screaming, over friendly ecstatic youths than this is your place. I havent been too happy with their coffee drinks which I find bland in taste and slightly watered down. I do however, enjoy their smoothies, and the rebels. And its always nice to get a free birthday drink!

Absolutely the best in Salem. Always greated with love, best customer service around. They know my drink and make it perfectly every time. I love this Dutch Bros. I've tried the other ones but they aren't the same. This location is #1. There is none better!!!!!!

It would be enough if all they had was great coffee going for them. But West Salem DB offers much more than that- they offer service that's unmatched anywhere else. The staff is awesome, genuine and continually go above and beyond to make their customers feel welcome. I look forward to seeing them every morning because I know it will be a bright spot in my day. If you are reading this and decide to start frequenting this place, don't be surprised if after a week, you're on a first name basis and they have your drink and a smile waiting for you at the window when you roll up. 10 stars if I could!

Previous review: This dutch is awesome. Great staff and amazing drinks..... That was my first review after 10 years the staff brought me news I cried,some were as nice as possible, yet some were just plain rude. It's hurts. I thought thease people cared about me as a human. Not once did they say sorry, this sucks, we hope you come back, nothing. If different people who knew was their I hope their attitude would have been better
On top of that I presented an idea and they are apparently stealing, my presentation idea, I don't appreciate my ideas being stolen.
I will be taking this already called grants pass to get this going I feel betrayed.

Quality is going way down.. used to love Dutch. Now seems like Noone cares if they get your drink right. Which 9 times out of 10 they havent.
