Friendly service, always very fast and I love going here on birthdays for the free birthday drink for my children. They love it. Thank you dutch bros. It's one of the things my kids get excited about on there special day. :)

Very disappointed in our drinks..stopped going for a long time because of the inconsistency in drinks..very seldom do we get what we order,tired of having to go back thru the line to get it corrected and listen to the deafening music,maybe if it was turned down the orders could be heard better..I really wish trainers would be more adamant about consistency.
Still the same issue..management needs to get some of this under control..No reason for them not making drinks to customer orders and TURN THE MUSIC DOWN..West Salem is the worst for loud music and inconsistent drinks...

My hubby said he would give them 10 stars. When I asked him why, he said, “Sooo friendly!!” I would agree with that but coffee wise I prefer Starbucks. Their customer service is excellent and their coffee is good. But I go here mainly because my son loves their Dino egg drink with whipped cream on the straw. But since Covid, they haven’t put whipped cream on the straw. Definitely worth going but expect a long wait possibly extending out to Wallace Rd.

The staff is way too overworked and it definitely shows. Ordered 3 coffees (1 features flavor in breve, 1 birthday cake latè with oat milk, 1 large kicker) ended up getting a rebel that was changed to a plain breve, with 2 plain unflavored coffees. Didn't get anything we paid for. Seems like all of them were worn out and tired. Whoever is managing that shore needs to be retrained if they are treating their employees so poorly that our drinks can pass through 3 separate people without having any error noticed.

I honestly find this coffee disgusting! The location of this coffee shop is going to have multiple accidents. I’m shocked that the city allows them to block traffic so badly on the main road. Starbucks is way better and you don’t feel like your going to get rear ended waiting for your coffee.

Finally done with this place.
I moved to West Salem from North Salem and will now go out of my way to go to the same one in North Salem that I've always gone to. They do not openly complain about how customers don't tip like the West Salem one does. This West Salem location openly compared themselves to the Lancaster location by the mall and said that no one in West Salem tips and that the Lancaster location "makes bank". I cannot believe they would complain in front of me while I waited for my coffee. (So glad I didn't tip that time. Ungrateful ppl🙄)
The West Salem staff have let me down so many times on my way to work.
I work different jobs and go here at different times in the day and I would always get a simple americano. Iced or hot depending on the weather. One cream and one sugar. Every time I get this drink it's always a 50/50 chance it's the perfect amount of bitterness or way too creamy and upsets my lactose intolerance. I've sent it back on multiple visits and they still don't get it right.

Been going here for over eight years. The customer service has improved so much in that time. They are fantastic if you try something you don't like or get the wrong drink. You are always taken care of. Many of the employees have become like good friends to us, they really connect on a personal level.
Small drive-thru in the same lot as Blue Elephant Car Wash. Easy to see from normal traffic. The line can fill up fast from the normal entrance, but if you go down the side street you can park and walk up to the window. They've recently allowed two lines to form which makes it convenient to get in and out.
