Tried it for the first time last night. I got a hot drink, the one with macadamia bit I was not impressed at all. The flavor is pretty artificial and I could barely taste the coffee at all.
The prices are decent

The order was right and the line was going pretty quick for how many vehicles there were in front of me. I don't go often to this location because there is usually no where I can pull into the driveway. So I usually go to another location.

The ladies of the West Salem DB are the best. They are always smiling, very friendly and funny. They seem to love their job a lot and always make ya feel comfortable. Keep it up ladies!! Oh and the coffee is always made the way you want it.

Dutch Brothers delivers a consistent product across all their locations. They're not my favorite place to get straight coffee, but I love their coffee beverages! This location in particular impressed me when an employee went above and beyond for us. We went through the drive-thru one afternoon, ordered a beverage, and asked for a cup of plain hot water to make the baby a bottle with. There was a miscommunication between the order-taker that was working the line and the service window, because when we got our order we were given a cup of ice water. At this point the line was backed up onto the street and I didn't want to be a bother, so I took the ice water and left. The young lady that took our order must have noticed because she went running into the building, filled up a glass of hot water, and ran it out to the street for us before we had a chance to pull away. There's not a lot of places where the employees look out for you like that. It really left an impression on us. Thanks DB. ♥

Delicious coffee and fast service. Sometimes they ask if you want a straw and will be half paying attention, half working on coffee — while putting in a straw at the same time — even after you say "No" — so now they have to throw it away, completely defeating the point.

Dutch Bros is awesome, I have been a fan for years. But if you're a serious coffee drinker or like espresso, this is not the place for you. It's very sugary and delicious but you'll get more of a jittery sugar high than that caffeine energy you're looking for. It all depends on what you're trying to get out of it. It's great, and I would highly recommend it for an occasional treat but not for your daily cup of joe to get you through the day.

I’m actually pretty annoyed with this location. I’ve stopped here 3 times and everytime my drink is made wrong. The staff is very nice but i just don’t understand how hard it is to make a caramel latte iced with almond milk?!? My drink literally makes or breaks my day and every time I go here, my day is ruined. I dont think the staff is horrible i just think they need to be taught how to make drinks correctly before people WASTE money on coffee and then it’s made horribly.

The selection of drinks is awesome. I would go again in heartbeat. This location has limited drive through space so sometimes you end up blocking traffic, scary but I think it's worth it.

Such sweet people, took my grandfather for a birthday coffee. After seeing another customer in a red Mazda cut in the car line they saw it happen, took our order and moved us to the fireline. That was the greatest customer service I've ever received at a Dutch. And to top it off, they paid for my coffee too, because of the driver. ♡
