Dutch Bros Coffee

Today was my first visit to Dutch Bros. We live right down the road so I was really excited as this place has a lot of hype surrounding it! The girl taking orders in the drive thru was so sweet. I know she had to be cold but she was kind & took the time to talk to me when I told her it was my first visit. After I ordered, I got to the window. I noticed there was a guy sitting on the counter while people made drinks, and lots of talking/laughing with music playing loudly. Wasn’t a fan of the dude sitting on the counter where drinks were being made but whatever. The girl seemed to be in a rush and hurried my drink out to me. The bottom of the cup hit my door and knocked the cup into my lap. I didn’t freak out, just asked for some napkins. She didn’t apologize for the spillage but I didn’t fuss about it, I know this location is busy! I finally got some napkins and while I was trying to clean myself up, she kept saying “Have a nice day!” I hurried to ask her if I could scan my QR code (I downloaded the app prior to my visit as I had assumed I’d be coming a lot) and she stared at me for about 10 seconds before finally saying, “You already paid.” in an irritated voice. I told her it was fine and decided to leave. I finally got to taste my drink and found it to be…extremely lacking. I ordered the Golden Eagle after recommendation from the kind girl taking orders. I was expecting a vanilla-caramel blend. What I got was milk with a hint of coffee. I had seen them pouring milk, which was fine, but they went too heavy with the pour. The price is great, but my drink was awful. Combine that with poor customer service? I don’t think I’ll be back. Such a bummer. I was looking for a new coffee spot since Starbucks is out of the way. I think I’ll make the trip there instead - at least I’m guaranteed a good drink and fabulous customer service every time.

I recently visited Dutch Bros Coffee in Wichita, Kansas and had a fantastic experience. My wife and I previously lived in the Pacific Northwest where Dutch Bros is very popular and we were sad when we moved and left Dutch Bros behind. But now that we've discovered it's in Wichita, it's like a blessing. The coffee was delicious and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We were so happy to find Dutch Bros in our new city, it's like a small piece of home. Overall, I highly recommend Dutch Bros Coffee in Wichita to anyone looking for a great cup of coffee.

Delicious iced coffee options (and hot I imagine, but I've never ordered) great coupons on the app and always friendly baristas. As a person with 10+ years in local coffee management, they're doing it right 😀

I just experienced Dutch Bros for the first time today and I was very impressed!!! The employees were so helpful and friendly, all dancing and smiling while they made my coffee. Their cheerfulness was contagious! And the coffee was delicious!

Most of the bad reviews are because of how busy it is. They definitely could use a bigger staff in my opinion to get people through. It's a popular place so be prepared for a long like during peak coffee hours. Coffee is a good treat if you like sugar coffee.

I've been to the locations in the Phoenix metro area, so I was excited to see them here, though the excitement has long since passed. This was my second attempt to get a drink from this location, but it seems each time I come, the worker's are too busy talking with their friends to be able to keep the order of the cars correct. I won't be back to this location.

Really good coffee, really friendly, and fun staff! The coffee is really good. They helped me make a choice as I've never been there before. Vanilla mocha is a great choice! Smooth, bold flavor. I was able to drink it as I pulled away, it was the PERFECT temp!
The wait was a little long, but I imagine that will improve with time since they recently opened, plus the conversation at the window was nice as I waited, so I barely noticed.

I was hooked on this place from my first visit! The employee was super helpful in finding a drink that I loved! Can't go wrong with a blended golden eagle!!! I love adding whipped cream and chocolate drizzle!! Make sure to download the Dutch Bros app so you can get points with every purchase! Love the energy all the employees have every time I've been in!!

The slowest costumer service my family and I have ever experienced. I myself work in costumer service and there is absolutely no reason that 4 cars should be in line for 30+ min for maybe 2-4 drinks each car. The workers are nice, it is just so slow.

The drinks are good but who has time to wait 20 minutes for a drink? And there were only a few cars in line. I don't ever really come here and this is why. I prefer places that have order ahead on the app so I can be in and out.
