Super slow. I stopped going just because of how long they take. It’s just crazy. The staff is super young, even management, which I wouldn’t mind if they knew what they were doing, but I had an interaction with the store manager once, idk if it’s still the same one; she looked like she was in her early 20s. Anyway, she didn’t seem like she really knew what she was doing and it looked chaotic in there. Plus, you get to the window and most of them won’t even greet you. So much to say! I’m actually surprised they have more than 3 stars!
I’m not the type that usually leaves reviews, especially negative ones. I own a business too and I know how much it can affect, but they really need to do something about or this business will end up closing too :/

Waited 40 minutes for one coffee. The line was not long. Very unorganized, they need new management. Worst service we’ve ever heard at a Dutch Bros. Maybe the lady disappearing into the back coming out dancing should stay in the front and help make some coffee.

Wait times are ridiculous, I waited in line over 20 minutes with 4 cars ahead and still didn't even make it to the window to order... while an employee chit chatted with a girl in the walk up window instead of taking orders.... while waiting 2 walk up customers ordered and got the drink's before everyone waiting in the car lines

It's ok. Basic syrup in choice of drinks, kind of like sonic but with edgy names for stuff. The shakes are gross since its a slush with syrup and creme, not ice cream. But the coffee is ok and if you like flavored syrups, they have most flavors to make a coffee or green tea thats decent.

I can’t go here anymore. They are SO SLOW! SLOW! SLOW!!!!! I just got in line and there were 3 cars in front of me and nobody at the walk up window. It took 21 minutes!!! Then they made my drink wrong! This happens every time I go there…and then they ask for a tip 🙄

No one taking drink orders last night in drive thru at 8:30 first time ever I backed out and left March 16th maybe everyone is on spring break I guess but have a staff to run a store 🏬

I just had the most wonderful experience @ Dutch Bros my Hostess Sjuancni was so positive & sweet. Her openness & friendliness really made me feel @ home while I waited for my drink. Tbh I wasn’t in the best of moods , but her kindness brightened up my day. Thank you for your awesome customer service skills Sjuancni P.S. I might have spelled her name wrong my apologies if I did. 😁
