Scooter's Coffee

Not sure how the skinny Carmel latte is supposed to taste. I've been going every Mon-Fri for a few months now and every time I get it it tastes different. Yesterday it tasted like hot skim milk today it tastes like tea and milk. I kept telling myself it'll be better tomorrow. Nope.

I come here all the time and the workers are always very sweet. I've never had issues with long wait times either. But I have gotten a couple drinks that have been incorrect. I would order a peppermint mocha and would get something else instead and it has happened more than twice.

We love their drinks when driving through but do not recommend them for large orders. We placed a catering order (the week before it was needed) and when we went to pick it up they hadn’t communicated with their team on duty and didn’t have it ready. They did make it for me anyway but I was just sitting and waiting while they did and was significantly later than desired with delivery.

I don't know who the young black man was that just helped me but he made my day. What a nice guy. It's hard to find genuinely kind people anymore, especially in the service industry and he was just so polite and uplifting. It's kind of shocking how much it can mean to someone for someone else to just ask them about their day and genuinely care for a response. You guys got a gem there. Hold on to that guy!

I got a coffee and a blueberry muffin in the blueberry muffin was cold and wet throughout the whole muffin. I called and somebody took down my information and the manager was gonna call me and nobody has yet called a week later now come to find out a person that person didnt take down my information.

My little sister keeps raving sbout how delicious scooters coffee is and I found myself skeptical at first. That quickly changed after I tried them for myself. I ordered a mocha with whipped cream and it was absolutely divine. It stuck the perfect balance between the chocolate flavor, the coffee, and the whipped cream. I ended up polishing it off within half an hour. I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone looking for premium and highly customizable coffee.

I have become an "obsessive" regular there, and to date every interaction with the employees at this location has been excellent. Cordial, courteous, and professional.
