Absolutely awful I’m pretty sure you made everyone in your line late for work this morning. 40 minutes to get a coffee and absolutely no escape route???

While sitting here I watched 2 cars back up and 2 cars leave because we have been sitting here for about 30mins I get that's it's early and what not but if it's that big and issue out more staff there during the morning shifts

The staff is always so bubbly and kind. The menu is not very informative & the way you line up is confusing.
