Great friendly service. Good coffee. I especially like the picture perfect freeze. Unlike most places, it feels like the employees actually like the job. Very positive and upbeat vibe.

Tried the holiday flavor. The lady in the drive through was a trainer and super nice. The girl in the window was very friendly and we had a nice conversation while she gave us our drinks. Excellent service with smiles, definitely worth giving it a shot next time you drive by!

Coffee is always good. People are always friendly. They do need to fix the wait time ar this location

Christina at this location is SOOOO nice, sweet & welcoming! We see her almost every day working her butt off & she still stops to chit chat with us for a second and ask about our day. She’s a very pleasant person. Thank you for making our Dutch Bros experience the best every time! Shout out to all the other employees here as well! We’ve never had a bad experience here. Thank you!

Nobody has time to wait 15 to 20 mins in line for coffee. 7:15 in the morning. I work down the street and barely made it to work on time. I thought you would hurt Starbucks, but they had a line around the building, you had maybe 8 cars. What is the purpose of making employees stand out in freezing weather so you can get to the window and wait 10 mins? The girl at the window trying to make awkward small talk is annoying. All I wanted was coffee and to get to work. Your system, though you may think it is like Chik fil A is not working. They have your food ready at the window after the person takes the order. It is coffee people. I should not have to wait another 10 mins at the window. Can we say unorganized? I will continue to support Starbucks, or even Scooters. Oh and I ordered hot coffee, so you didn't have to do anything special except some pumps of syrup and some cream.

Ever since I've tried it, I cannot stop going here. The service is almost always great, the atmosphere is fun, the prices are decent, and the coffee is good. I usually get some variation of a mocha. It's always good. There is no lobby, it's either drive-thru or walk up.

I have sat in the drive thru line for 45 minutes at this point waiting to order... unfortunately, as I pulled in someone was following directly behind me so I had to commit to staying. I would give a review of the coffee, but at this point I'm convinced I'll live and die in this drive thru line. Maybe they're low-staffed on this Sunday afternoon, but please don't have 2 lanes open in a drive-thru if you can't keep up with the traffic.

The entrance and exit to this place is HORRIBLY PLANNED! Both drive through lanes were backed up into the street meaning people couldn’t exit the parking lot due to the negligent thought of other drivers. I also waited 50 minutes in this line for severely underwhelming coffee. My 3 and 1 year old were both extremely over sitting in their car seats. I wish you could mobile order ahead of time. Also, cars that arrived way after us ordered way before us. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

The one thing that I was impressed by was how closely they paid attention to my allergies. If I come back I am not parking in their lot or getting in the drive through line.

Great costumer service and great selection of drinks! You can choose from pre-made options or you can even build your own drink. They even have choices for kids without caffeine too.

Dutch Brothers has a special place our family: they carried our daughter in part through college.
My opinion only, if the mass produced coffee shops around their lattes are the smoothest and flavorful. Having this option for fast coffee is a good thing.
