Great and generous portion of coffee for the price as compared to the famous coffee chain. The music at the place definitely wakes you up and everyone is super nice. We also ordered their muffin top, but was disappointed with it.

They know me, I know them. It's freaking great not to have to explain how I want my coffee every day. They just know. I love giving out the touch screen gloves and hand warmers to them every year because they are worth it. If you do to this Dutch YOU BETTER TIP RIGHT! They deserve it!

I really enjoy coming here, and I recommend the og gummy bear rebel. The staff isn't always friendly, but they generally are. Dutch Bros has a very quick and efficient system where they take your orders outside and put them on a tablet that is then sent to the people inside.

**Denied Service**
I pulled into the drive thru and young man explained they could not allow our vehicle in as we were at the end of the line blocking sidewalk at which point I agreed to move and instead pull to the side into the parking lot and visit the store inside. As I parked another staff member (pictured) nodded his head as if denying us access. I asked what he meant and they said I wasn’t being served coffee and not allowed to go inside. I asked why and they explained I didn’t listen to their instructions. I asked how else I was suppose to come into the parking lot. Then I proceeded to ask who they were and they said they were the manager. If that’s the treatment from management I’ll never visit a Dutch Bros again! Life is not that serious and I did not do anything wrong. Not sure if they are overwhelmed with the flock of cheerleaders coming in from the convention center but either way they could have brushed us away in a better manner. This is Portland though and non whites always get treated like trash in this particular part of the city. If I could give 0 stars I would.

This place sucks! Absolutely the worst service in town! If you enter through the wrong entrance they discriminate against you and punish you and make you drive around the block. Unreal! The management is rude. They laugh at you when you ask a question and then ignore you! They show no respect toward customers. I am telling everyone I know to stay away from this horrible place! Spend your hard earned money somewhere else. I hope they do the community a favor and go out of business.

The drive thru line was Quick and easy. Employees were very friendly. I ordered the Green Tea with 5 pumps of peach 🍑. No sugar needed. Hot or as an Ice Tea, it's very good

No matter which Dutch Bros you go to the service is fantastic they make your Smoothie exactly the way I want, always perfect and extra sweet for me (×10) like I ask I LOVE THEM, Dutch Bros are the only places I go to and get my drinks the way I want them without extra charges for flavors, they are the BEST

Best coffee in town, they are very speedy and have a lot of coffee and non caffeinated drink options. My favorite thing to get from there is rebels, there’s ton of flavors and a lot of combinations.
