Always a long line. Waited 30+mins twice now, no way to leave once you're in line, or else I wouldn't have waited. No one should have to wait 30 mins for coffee. Music is way to loud. Not everyone wants to talk about nothing while waiting either. I just want my coffee.

If you have a young baby who cries when In drive through too long this is not the place to go. I thought line would move quick but instead I found myself in between bunch of cars for already 22 minutes (I’m still in line). Can’t get out of the line either even though I haven’t even ordered. I fear people will not let me pull forward either since there are two lanes and about 6 cars have already went ahead of us 🙃
Update: waited over half an hour. Never.again. Drinks are great but man it’s too slow

I do like the coffee but the drive-thru takes so long because you don't order until you get to the window. Also, the music inside is entirely too loud. The employee would ask a question then had to ask again because she couldn't hear my answer.

The staff is incredibly nice, but the service is incredibly slow. I had to wait in line for a whole hour for a drink that was half sugar. They also do not have many food options. I feel the problem lies with the company though, not this particular friendly staff.

Only going to the one on Maize Rd from now on. This location is NOTORIOUSLY slow. Won’t be fooled one more time… I drive further and get my coffee quicker! Love Dutch Bros.. I’m from the west coast!

It's all the rage! It's so good! The double eagle is my go-to. Be prepared for long lines. I think it's better than Starbucks. I wish we had more in California.

Always a fun atmosphere. All the workers are kind and fun to talk with. I've never had an issue with slow service. I'd definitely recommend Dutch Bros to anyone coming through town 😉

I love Dutch Bros on West st. The travel training team they have sent us is absolutely with out a doubt the best! Oscar, Edgar, and the young lady from Cali ( never got her name ) super sweet people, they have been my faves by far very friendly have the best energy. Move outta the way Starbucks and dunkin! Dutch always takes the cake when it comes to mid day slumps, wake ups, and pick ups. The broistas are always awesome to talk to and the drinks are always on point. Loved dutch bros in Grant's Pass and along the west coast, so overly happy they're here!
