This location isn’t very good and could learn some things from the location on Maize, which I go to often. I have been to this location twice and each time it has been a disappointment with the taste of my order and the wait time. Today my order wasn’t correct, when I told the barista it didn’t look like it had cream in it, she informed me that every barista makes drinks differently.

Writing from the line as we speak. Their ordering system was doomed from the beginning but it almost seems as if the waits increase with each visit. Want to love it more but at this point nothing is worth waiting in this purgatory of a drive thru.

I love how they force you to pay with the person walking car to car, that way you HAVE to wait for 40 minutes to get your drink that may or may not be screwed up. Slowest franchise to exist.

Waited in drive thru for almost an hour. One of our drinks was not made right. Not enough flavor at all. Have had that drink many many times and I can tell for sure it was not made right!! Very disappointed!!
