My go to spot instead of the one on the west side. I'm just a regular bumpkin, so I'm not a big coffee person. Whenever I go here the service is usually great and always get my drinks likely i want them. They are always friendly and the wife always gets her regular here with no hiccups. My overall experience is always great and I do love the shark attack! Keep up the great work!

I got here for the grand opening. They opened at 5, and on the dot, they were open. They had high energy, they were very fast. All of the stay I dealt with and saw were really kind and friendly. The coffee (I got 2 different ones) is delicious and honestly, I can see myself coming here several times a week. They dont have a menu board, but rather people come to your car to take your order, so i suggest downloading the app or checking the website for what you want. If you need help ask they person taking your order they are extremely kind and very helpful. All in all not a single complaint, the quality, the service, and the atmosphere are 5 stars across the board.

Update... tried to give this location another shot months later and it is still awful. The staff aren't organized and they have the slowest wait time EVER. I was the only person at the window but still somehow waited forever to get my one drink. Then I had to ask about it and it was a good thing I did because it was being made wrong. Back to not visiting this location anymore.

Some people are okay but they definitely do NOT hold the Dutch culture. I've been going to Dutch for many many years prior to it coming to lancaster. Never have I met a staff so rude and a manager who doesn't do anything to help a situation. Called corporate and needless to say I will never return to this location. I will go to Starbucks before this awful establishment. I really would have preferred to given stars.

They were good when they opened and the people who opened were good. Now they are slow and everything tastes the same. Gave them another try, they forgot about my 1 order of a peach smoothie, waited 30 minutes and others got their orders before me. Then when I asked about it they said they were busy and said sorry in a sarcastic way. This is the worst Dutch brother I have ever been to. I will never come back or give them another chance. The drinks here taste of pure sugar and no flavor, the people who work here must be a holes or some variant. Sucking on the service and drinks. No value.

Today the service was good fast and my coffe taste great! I wish they can keep this up. Sometimes the quality of the coffe is a little low. But today was a good day. Great job guys!

First time there, I had to wake up at 430am to get there at 5am when they open, because later in the morning or afternoon forget it tooooo long of a line. I ordered 3 different drinks to get an idea of how their product is. Not bad. I just have to plan my order before going.

Drove 30min a out of my way to get coffee here. Waited 30 min in drive thru line.. My coffee was 90% ice and they didn’t even fill my drink to the lid. Like how do you not fill the cup?! So I got a large with basically 6oz of coffee in it. So I paid about $1 per ounce of coffee. Ridiculous. Will never go to this location again.

Only positive is the female who took my order in the drive thru line was very sweet.
