Bruegger's Bagels

Had to pick up a large catering order this morning was a bit early was worried it wouldn't be ready. However, it was all packed and ready to go. The staff was very pleasant and even gave me a tea for the road. It literally made my busy morning. The bagels were super fresh! I will be ordering there more.

Some of the worst service. I'd rather go to City Bakery. Sorry, Bruegger's, you just need to work harder at hiring a staff that is at least is an itsy bitsy teeny tiny amount friendly.

I recently moved to Asheville from NY and have been looking for a great bagel place.
My brother recommended this place and it seems very popular which is why I'm even giving it a two star rating.
Personally I was unimpressed. I bought an egg sandwich on an everything bagel and it tasted like it was microwaved. I'm definitely never going here again.

Best bagels in Asheville but it's all relative. Being used to NY bagels I've come to terms with Asheville style bagels. They're good but not fantastic.
The other thing that annoys me is they have lots of sweet bagels but no garlic or salt unless you pre order a minimum of 6.

The smoke house bagel sandwich was pretty gosh darn tootin GOOD! As you can see from the picture below it was devoured without any shame. :)

The coffee is always burnt. They use the same knifes for all the different cream cheeses so even if you order plain it's always a toss up of what else it'll taste like. Chive today? Maybe blueberry. Otherwise the bagels are pretty ok.

Amazing fresh bagels and sandwiches. Iced coffee was good and the employees were all very friendly. Their patio is a nice little place to sit and eat.

Made the mistake of going at 10 on a Sunday so there was a long line. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and professional. Their rosemary and olive bagels are so great!

We love coming here before work. They have excellent bagels, as well as good coffee! I would recommend this place to anyone who loves bagels.
