Bruegger's Bagels

Breakfast sandwiches were on the greasy side which made it heavier than I'd prefer. Prices were reasonable. It was busy but the staff got through the line quickly and we're friendly.

The company I work for provides breakfast every Friday. Bruegger's on Merrimon is a favorite at the office. The online ordering process is extremely easy and they are always done with the order before I get there. I thought I placed an order online one Thursday afternoon (turns out i didn't click submit), so my coworker that was picking it up got there and they had no record of the order. It wasn't an issue though! The sweet lady (Super nice with a short hairstyle) said no problem and they were able to finish the 2 bagel boxes in 10 minutes! Great customer service, super friendly staff, and YUMMY bagels! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Thanks for the delicious meals Bruegger's Bagels. Besides satisfying our bellies, our family loved your superb service and professionalism. Addition, thanks to the lady that gave us a yummy to-die-for blue berry muffin this morning. Again, thank you all.

Usually get the smoked salmon on everything. Last time I went in the service was great... But the salmon seemed a bit over fishy... Maybe not bad but close

They were closed at both locations.... enough already.. get your ovens fixed

A male employee was pretty rude. I got six regular bagels (not sandwiches) and he decided to give me a side of extra attitude because I didn't know exactly what I wanted immediately (I'd never been here before).
The girl who rang me up was polite.
Bagels were good, and they had a few interesting cream cheeses to try with them. Place seemed clean.

We made made it in there on the first day of 2021 & although the weather was rainy & miserable, and despite the rather large line the staff was particularly courteous & friendly. We moved through the line quickly as the professional staff received and processed our order methodically. After paying, we only waited another minute or two and we were on our way.
Employees as well as other customers, were exceptionally delightful and courteous despite the Covid-19 restrictions & guidelines.

Best NY-style bagel in Asheville, and Vermont cream cheese. Great staff service always.

This location of Bruegger's has the friendliest cashier who helps with redeeming points on my account. Even though I follow a low-carb diet, my order of a special sausage, double eggs, cheese, red peppers, and sriracha on a plain bagel was perfect for my husband. My daughter enjoyed a toasted cinnamon sugar bagel with plain cream cheese. The hazelnut coffee I ordered for me was delicious, as always.
