Bruegger's Bagels

The food is tasty & the employees work well and they work quickly. But What gets me though is the fact that you can tell the employees probably aren't paid enough. It's evident that they don't feel motivated for a good reward. Other than that? Great restauraunt.

Amazing stuff but far too expensive so it's not a place your want to go to too often. I'd say the sandwiches are at least 50% overpriced minus the slalom bagel sandwich which for obvious reasons is about $6. Great strong coffee as well. Just overpriced.

I consistently love the food I get at this brueggers and really love that i can bring my own to-go cup in to use so I can avoid the single use plastics. Not only do they not give me any weird looks about it, they also give a substantial reduction in the cost of my drink doing this! And it's never overly crowded like most places in asheville.

Fell in love with their bagels a long time ago. Every chance we come across one of their shops, we stock up!!

Terrific. They’re dealing with staffing issues, so don’t you be pushy. The woman who runs this place is the real deal, I’ll definitely be coming back.

I've been going there for 12 years, the best service for a quick bite to eat in my eyes. Cheap as well. If you make your own bagel get chips and drink, will not spend more than 5 bucks. They always know what I like!

This places offers exceptionally high quality food at prices that are very low for Asheville. Overall wonderful experience. Only wish they stayed open later than 2...

Bagels are great and close to my home, BUT I could not believe how rude a particular team member was to us right off the bat (once she finally acknowledged our presence). We had masks on and were following all the rules and I said hello to her as soon as we arrived...crickets. It was painful to even order, it felt like we were ruining her day. But when a man with no mask came in, she greeted him with a friendly, "Hello, will you be having your regular?" After she made our food she threw the bag on the counter and said nothing and turned away. Needless to say, our day started out not so great. I'm not quite sure what set this young girl off but I would hate to have someone like that representing my company.

Was just told I couldn’t be in there without a mask on by an extremely rude young manager that had her mask below her nose. There were SEVERAL employees wearing their mask below their nose while preparing food. Won’t ever be going back to this location.

I ordered a bagel toasted w/ cream cheese and they sliced my bagel, as expected, put cream cheese on, as expected, and closed the bagel. It should have stopped there but then the girl squished my deliciously fluffy bagel flat to cut it in half like a sandwich. I don't want a flat bagel. JS. Well, at least I know what to ask for - just a heads-up. Otherwise, they are delicious!
