Bruegger's Bagels

I always enjoy going to Bruegger's Bagels for their vegetarian bagel sandwiches or picking up a dozen to take home with me. I'm grateful to my friend Barbara who introduced me to this place. I love their garlic and salmon cream cheeses. I was going to Sunny Point Cafe, but opted for bagels instead because of ease of parking and no long lines.

I love their bagels, always so fresh the deal for a dozen on Wednesdays is a great bonus. Just got the app it is very nice too, I just got a Leonardo de Veggie today and the guy who made it did it perfect, all the veggies stayed in the bagel and didn't make a mess at all. Thanks!

Very bad customer service! I use to love Bruegger’s bagel and I am so disappointed ! The team of girls working in there were rude! That is not how to provide a good service. I understand it was busy but common they just ruined my entire day! I never usually post reviews but for this one I had to. Hate it, just hate it! I wish i could give a 0 star.

I order a large amount of bagels (3-4 dozen) each month from the location off Merrimon and normally have a great experience until today when I placed a to go order. The girl I was speaking to on the phone had me on hold giggling and laughing for 8 minutes, didn’t even know how to place a to go order, could barely calculate simple math (2x4) and then hung up on me after she asked me to leave a tip as I declined due to repeating myself several times during my order. I understand it’s just bagels but I would hope people who were hired would have more common sense than to be dumb, ask for a tip and then hang up after they didn’t even give me the total amount due.
I had to call back to even make sure that I would get my receipt. When I did call back, the same girl didn’t even address the company; she just simply picked up and said “hello?”. I absolutely will be getting bagels elsewhere from now on, preferably a place that understands customer service and doesn’t just hire whoever.

This place is always packed, corporate needs to build a bigger building for them. Long lines all the time, but the team inside handles it as best they can. Don't expect to get in and out in 10 minutes! Otherwise, it's your normal bagel place.

Got a fantastic bagel in under two minutes, you can't beat that.

This is by far my favorite Bruegger's location. The service is always top notch. The staff is friendly and welcoming to every customer. I have never had an unpleasant experience here. The bagels and coffee are always wonderful too!

I come here a lot and get the same thing but today was different there was a girl named Jennifer who not only was talking bad about the older lady who was on cashier. But was rude to the customers and had a poor attitude while doing her job. Plus I my sandwich was not toasted like I asked and she made her I changed for every little thing . But yet my sandwich she made was made half right . So maybe is payed more attention to her own job and not worried about everyone else my sandwich that I paid $12 for would have been correct. Not a good day at all at BB ...

The staff was rude near closing time- like 1 minute was the end of time.
Bagel I had some kind of a weird aftertaste as if there was a cleaner that got on it .... very bitter flavor. My last time going there - sorry to say!
