Bruegger's Bagels

Food is ok but the customer service by the young lady who took my order was horrible. She seemed annoyed that I was there. I hope I can find another NICER place to get my breakfast bagels.

I was fixing my children's carseats in my father's vehicle, and we were parked next to one of the stores employees who was sitting in his car on his break. I saw another vehicle pull up alongside his, and a person get into his vehicle. When he car door opened I smelled weed very heavily. My three year old asked what smelled so yucky. I then saw the employee exchange money for drugs in his vehicle. I asked to speak with a manager to report this and he turned out to be the manager. So I spoke to another manager on shift. She seemed like she was willing to handle the situation, which made me feel good.
I know this is Asheville, but this is supposed to be a family friendly establishment and I was really uncomfortable with having to scramble for excuses about the yucky smell to my toddler.
Overall, unacceptable experience.

I love Bruegger's Bagel just not this store. Only skim milk for coffee (if you ask for it, although I prefer 2%), no salt bagels (my favorite), and the help is so so. Sorry.

This place is great, just great! Been going here for over 13 years and I still get the Western bagel. Never been disappointed.

These guys make the best bagels I've ever had! The perfect texture bagel. I've switched my favorite breakfast sandwich a couple times now, but the Western bagel sandwich on an Asiago cheese bagel is the bizzomb!

A standard good Brueggers. Hard to find good bagels in Asheville so definitely a good choice.

Bruegger's Bagels is an outlet for (primarily) bagel "sandwhiches" appealing to those minded for breakfast or lunch. Accessible parking, clean, and comfortably appointed, Bruegger's no-nonsense honest approach assures customers of reasonably priced food delivered to a consistent standard.

Best coffee and bagels around! Even with all the boutique coffee shops in Asheville, this is hands down the best place for a plain old cup of black coffee. Bruegger's never disappoints.

Good bagels. Ordered ahead for take out. Everything was ready and as ordered.

Was there today and had a 5 chesse bagel with plain cream chesse toasted. It was
outdtanding.
