Biggby Coffee

This is my all time favorite Biggby Coffee location. Liz and her crew have always been nice, super friendly in all ways. They have taken the time to get to us to where they can make recommendations that would fit our taste buds. If we forget to order a pup cup they'll remind us by asking if we need one this time. I always bring my friends and family to THIS Biggby when they're in town. I totally recommend going there and saying hello. Talking to them is part of the experience as they're a wonderful crew of great souls.

TLDR: While the coffee is great, the kind employees are why I keep coming back.

This is a fantastic place to study at. I have been here a handful of times, and when I walk in, I am always greeted by a friendly person working the register.

The staff have great recommendations and even pointed out deals that were available for me to save a couple of dollars.

Thank you for creating a nice environment that I can study in. The coffee is pretty great as well.🙂

employees here make you feel like the world is full of rainbows and butterflies. Their enthusiasm is amazing and they are super friendly. The service was fast and the products were amazing. 100000000/10

New owners are absolutely fantastic. Was given a great recommendation by the cashier/owner and couldn't be happier with my experience.

Seriously, even if its out of your way, choose here as your daily coffee spot. Trust me, you will not be disappointed!

Continuously messed up every order before mine, including nearly not giving a man 30 dollars change and charging a woman twice the price. The atmosphere is fine and they are sweet and maybe it was an off day but my experience was sub par at best.

Biggby is the "friendly" coffee shop and this one lives up to that! It was even nominated for a 2023 Troy Area Customer Service award. Stop in and you won't be disappointed - friendly, welcoming, cheerful staff :)

When I spring for good coffee (read that as not cheap gas station mud) I choose this Biggby. The (new) owner is friendly and seems to really enjoy her job. The staff is every bit as friendly & unpretentious. I'm happy to see this store making it and continuing to succeed.

Updated review: 12/2 - decided to give the place a second try because I was I the area and I do love me some Biggby.

Definitely a better experience this time! I enjoy the free shot friday!! But I was a little uncomfortable about the upselling and pushing of the Biggby Card. Food and drinks were good! Staff was nicer this time! Maybe third time will be the charm?
