Another good Biggby location. Everybody I talk to there is friendly and fun to chat with. They now have a Milkster Creamery stand.

The barista didn't seem to know the menu. On top of that, after explaining the order three times, it was wrong. Not to mention, the location outside is really shady at night.

I was there Wednesday 02/19/2020 ,, my coffee was cold, I told the employee he just smiled in my face and didn’t say anything. only one bathroom to use and you can not lock the door ( broken door ) and they have sign there !! I cannot believe this cafe shop located in Troy !!!
