Biggby Coffee

Really sad they no longer have the nitrogen ice cream!! Drove out of my way because I was craving it. The staff seemed like they hated their life and just wanted to leave. The drinks were okay, not the typical quality I usually get from biggby.

I love the new ownership! Liz and her staff are super friendly and are always recommending products to me! I'm obsessed with the German iced mocha...and it's reduced calories! (Thanks to Liz recommending). I appreciate all of you...thank you for the delicious coffee!

Wow! Nicest staff ever! I was having an awful day and needed one of their holiday lattes to brighten it up, but by the time I was done ordering I didn’t even need the latte to do that! Every single worker was so nice! My Snowball latte is also AMAZING!! Thanks guys!

Google maps said they were open until 8pm. I arrived at around 7:20pm and they were closed. The suite was dark, no one was there, and I'm convinced the door was locked. I didn't try it. Driving to the nearest bigby was not an option. They were open but with traffic they would've been closed by the time I got there.

Horrible customer service. Worst ever. At least update the Google listing to reflect the real hours of operation.

The staff here is always great! I have a dairy allergy and they make sure I'm good!
Edit: I came in the other day with my mother-in-law, who has difficulty walking on her own and being in new environments. The staff and owners (who were there!) were so kind to us. They helped me get my m-i-l seated and kept her entertained while I ordered our drinks. I highly recommend this location!

The staff was nice, but I was disappointed in the lack of training at this facility. The young lady was told that whipped cream costs extra on every drink. The thick syrup drinks come with whipped cream and thin syrups do not. I worked at Biggby for many years and I purchase their products very often because I like the quality and I know how they are made.
The drink also had more ice then the recommended amount. The young lady seemed new and was very polite but was also working by herself. I understand businesses are slower now a days due to covid but I find it uncomfortable that she was working alone.

On the front door it is posted that it is a local business, and I think we should do everything we can to support small businesses at this time!! I will probably give them a second chance if I'm ever in troy again.

Didn't have sweet cream to make the drink I wanted. Then the drink I substituted was not good it was bland. I had to go back in and request sweetener even tho I asked for a double pump. Two stars because the staff did not seem unprofessional, even though they were not friendly. Every Biggby location is different. I will have to go out of my way to go to the locations where my order is always perfect and the staff are friendly.
