This location is always WELCOMING and clean. They show their pride, in how they conduct business and interact with their customers and community.
I visit BIGGBY'S of New Baltimore about 3 times a week.

The drive though is always packed, but moves quickly. The staff is always amazing and kind. Their breakfast sandwiches are also so good!

Yes, I work here. Yes, I love this place. It is super easy to be proud of what you do when the products are top-drawer, the owners and staff are wonderful, and we find a way to have fun, simply selling drinks. Hats off!

Normally have a nice experience here, but my barista yesterday evening was incredibly rude. I realized the color of my drink was off, She (tallish blonde) gave me a awful sigh and proceeded to argue with me that a frozen strawberry puff has espresso, its a latte. when i asked if i could have a different one without the espresso, she said, "pull up!" and slammed the window. I come here often, and i know that a frozen strawberry puff does NOT have espresso in it, have never had a problem until last night. Thank you

I'm here right now.. My soy latte is hitting the spot. Never had a bad experience at a bigbe. Usually the staff is some kind of amusing. These gals just made my drink.. So, kind of boring. Maybe next time.
