Biggby Coffee

Shoutout to Jim and Rob for making this place my go to coffee shop from here on out. Not only is the customer service top notch, the food and coffee is great. I’m newer to the area, and am so happy to have found “my” coffee shop! Keep up the great work everyone :)

Wonderful. Staff once they know you they practically have your coffee ready for you when you walk in. They always call you by name and treat you with respect. No matter what you order they go out of their way to make it the way YOU like it. I love the Green St Biggby and staff.

This is my favorite spot for coffee!!! Very very friendly man named Ron that works the window. It’s very nice to see someone who loves their job that much! Thanks Rob it made our morning to get our coffee and bagels from a person who loves what they do! Go Rob!!!!!

Walked in to order and the counter staff was unnecessarily rude. Said hello and as I started the order; before I could finish my sentence, she was barking about the cream and sugar station "over there". I understand food service industry isn't the best job but obvious hostility towards customers.... Hard pass is recommended.

This is the best place around to go for coffee, reading, studying, or just hanging out. The staff is fabulous and service is excellent. There's a fireplace, comfortable seating, and a high def television in the front if you'd like to watch news or sports, and there's a separate area in back if you want more of a quiet space. There's access to free WiFi and power outlets if you need to get some work done or just surf the web. I highly recommend this establishment.

Do not like their coffee. It was cold and was left over from breakfast time. When we went there, it was because our friend that we were taking to the doctor wanted to go. I did not want to stop, but, our friend said we would love it. My husband and I did NOT love it. They took a twenty dollar bill, gave us three small coffees which was our order and we barely got change back. I told our friend he and his wife could go back there, and, we would not. He agreed after he swallowed his cold coffee. That was that. We were there between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. so I know they could have brewed more but chose not to. Enough Said.

I ordered a carmel marvel, the first drink since they opened I decided to try. The gentleman taking my order learned I was a new customer and bought my drink. He was very nice and the drink was incredible! Thank you everyone at Biggby Coffee!

Staff is always friendly. They love our dogs and always give them doggy treats when going drive thru. They also come outside and give them treats when walking by outside. Great service. Love it here.

Love love love! This place never fails to please. The staff members are always pleasant. My favorite drink's supplies are always in stock so I always leave with a giant smile on my face. I order the 24 oz, Red Bull Cream Freeze, made with sugar-free Red Bull, mandarin orange flavoring and I request a shot of "zip". (Extra energy boost). Highly recommend! I usually go thru the drive-thru but if you like a cozy atmosphere, there's a fireplace/seating area inside.

I love Biggby and their coffee and bragels! I get them at least three days a week, but I've noticed over and over that if Rob isn't working it is a whole other experience. Rob always is bright and cheery and has you leaving with a smile on your face. He makes sure your order is hot and fresh and I'm at a point where I don't want to go there unless he is working. When Rob is not there my coffee is ALWAYS burnt and my bragel is ice cold and not even toasted at all. Its always a raw bagel that tastes like it was just pulled out of the fridge. Hopefully they can get it together when Rob has days off.
