Biggby Coffee

The coffee here is sooo yummy it takes awhile in the drive thru but once I get my drink I don’t seem to mind I wish it was cheaper but honestly it tastes so good the price makes sense.

The New Baltimore Michigan location Has got to beThe worst location the last three visits were absolutely terrible. Drive thru staff got my order wrong so i decided to order inside. what mistake that was i placed my order sat and waited while at least 6 other people ordered and got served while i sat there waiting for my coffee. after 20 minutes of waiting i got upset and informed the staff of what was going on they had the nerve to give me an attitude. Finally 25 minutes after ordering i get my coffee btw i ordered a super and they made me a grande as i was leaving the staff was laughing and cracking jokes about the whole incident. So payed almost 8 dollars for a frozen grande. Well as you can guess i will never be back to buy their over priced coffe and deal with the most disrespectful staff ive ever encountered. I encourage everyone to keep driving and get your coffee fix somewhere else.

Thr drinks and food are good but almost every time I have come here my order is wrong and the service is pretty slow which is frustrating.

I've been coming here for a long time! The staff is super friendly. There is not a lot of turn over here. It's nice to see the same faces.

Biggby is one of my favorite coffee houses to go to - mostly because I enjoy their tea. This one is in a great location in New Baltimore and has a nice lounge area. Highly recommend

Staff was polite and fast. coffee is better than Starbucks and prices are semi fair will return

I don’t know how it’s even possible to wait 40 minutes in a drive threw for coffee with less then 10 people ahead of you when you get into line…

Drive threw staff is absolutely terrible, I can drive to Starbucks 3-4 miles farther wait with 20 people in line go back and and forth TWICE and still be waiting at biggby.

I mean this with all of my heart this bigby coffee is the best bigby in all of Michigan. The workers here are kind the managers here are fun, especially Liz and Rob, biggby corporate is lucky to have such a good staff and store to call their own.

Driving south from St. Clair...finally found some coffee, and it was perfect. Had the bagel, turkey, havarti sandwich which was perfect

Did drive up. Alot of cars but the batistas did a great job making beverages quickly.
