It was so nice inside and the coffee was great the service was the best I would recommend to go to this place five star exact

I drive 35 miles just for the BOGO. I have been a HUGE Biggby fan since I moved back to Michigan in '09. You will never find me in that other place...you know, ⭐️🦌s!
When I lived in W.MI, there was a Biggby within 10 minutes of my abode. I move to the east side of the Mitten...and NO BIGGBYS nearby! The closest one is 35 min from me. I told the baristas, if I ever move again, I'm checking to see where the nearest B is!. If it's too far, I'm not moving! Your Golden milk is fabulous as is the Chai latte!

Jim & Rob make this place a neighborhood coffee shop, not a chain establishment. They are such pleasant people to encounter, it makes the whole experience. My children are actually sad when they're not working and can't say hello to them! We love love love this Biggby location. It is more than just coffee!

I really love this location! The owner of this location is very polite and friendly! The people that work there are also really nice. I do like that there is real espresso in the frozen drinks because they use fraproast at Starbucks and not everyone likes it. I wish they had more food options for breakfast but I understand why the food menu is limited. Please add stevia to your menu! It would be nice to add stevia to my drinks instead of other alternative sweeteners.

You will sit in drive-thru for a good half hour most days.

What a bunch of L0$er pu$$!e$. I come from Detroit, used to seeing constant confrontations in public settings, noticed no men working, politely asked "what if someone throws a fit and gets physical?" said they didn't really have a plan for that, five minutes later at the lounge sipping and reading a book, they have the off duty male employee come question ME. Like I'M the problem. I swear, don't give a dam about anyone but yourself. If you show any concern YOU'RE the suspect. P.s. The coffee sucks and costs too much

This place is AMAZING. This store specifically, has the best staff of any coffee place I've ever been to. I pass multiple coffee places just to drive out of my way to come to this one! Ron/Rob (Not to sure on the name) , who works the drive through window, has the most positive energy and is the main reason I continue to come back!

Must of been a bad day. Systems were down. Friendly staff tho makes up for it.

Staff is always super friendly and quick to server. Hands down one of my favorite places for a tasty drink. I also enjoy going here because my wife is the coffee drinker and I have a wide selection of non coffee related drinks to pick from.
