BIGGBY COFFEE

It’s hard to get a good idea of how someone is doing with customer service when the answers they give u are very short , or maybe I just felt like she was a bit rude at the window of the drive through. Or maybe it’s just the college kid demographics of this area . Regardless I won’t let one bad experience under star my times here.

Last month I went to this Biggby with my boyfriend and we ordered breakfast sandwiches which were cold. I told the staff who clearly couldn't have Cared less. I said I would never come here again and instead go to the one in Standale. However today I was in a rush so I went hate again. My reasoning being that as long as I don't order a sandwich I will be fine. I ordered the latte of the day, which is what I do every time I go to a Biggby. Today it was the "purple haze" so I was confused when they brought me a Carmel marvel. This place is at the best, incompetent.

This is my second time picking up an order from here with about a month separation between them and the grubhub tablet wasn't working the first time and still isn't working.

Every stop into this Biggby has been good. Kind workers and quick service to top it off.

Love biggby! My only issues are prices are.. steep (pun intended). But coffee and tea both are great. Also it's a bummer this location doesn't have a drive-thru. Also check local adds and I think the back of family fare receipt for BOGO coupons :)

Stopped by during an outing with my daughter. We were on roller blades and they were welcoming and accommodating. Drinks were excellent too!

Im a biggby lover and im so glad there more popping up when ever i travel . this place was nice clean and very friendly employees . this also has more seats and chairs for everyone even for those college students who are useing space for computer.

Only reason this is four stars is because corporate took away the cherry syrup... I love me a mocha cherry latte... On a more serious note - this biggby is ALWAY consistent with their beverages and sandwiches. Feels like management may have shifted a little since last year - however, same great drinks and overall nice baristas. Less talkative than normal and I was a little disappointed in that. None of that will dissuade me from recommending or returning. If corporate brings back the cherry syrup this'll get bumped to a 5/5!

Biggby staff is always so happy and friendly. The lines seem to go quickly and the coffee turns out just like I order.

They charged me $7.00 for a small creme freeze and didn’t put in the syrup i asked for or the strawberries i paid extra for my friend also paid extra for syrup and blueberries in her drink and just got a plain redbull very disappointed i want my money back i wouldn’t recommend this biggby and i definitely wouldn’t go back!
