BIGGBY COFFEE

This used to be my favorite West Michigan Biggby location, however, things have drastically changed over the past two years. Orders tend to have errors and the staff does not know how to properly manage high customer traffic. I tried to visit this location twice in the past week and it was closed despite posted hours stating they were open. Unfortunately, I think it’s time to say goodbye to this Biggby ✌🏼

Liam is incredible and went the extra mile to make our Saturday great. The staff is always friendly and quick. 8 million stars

Definitely the fastest of the 3 Biggby’s I go to. They are friendly and make my coffee perfectly 95% of the time. Only had to get it remade a couple times (if it tastes wrong I will always say something) and they were great about it.
I just wish they had a drive through!

Terrible customer service. Unable to wear a mask due to medical reason. I walk in with my little sister and mom and the girl at the counter is instantly rude to me. Totally unacceptable and if I knew who the boss or manger was they would definitely be hearing about it. There were also no other customers in the building. Sounds to me like a there’s a girl in there who just doesn’t want to do her job 🤷‍♀️

Went early Sunday morning around 10 AM and left with my complete order at 11. (Don’t EVER go then especially when the manager Sam is working). There was only two people in line ahead of us so we were expecting to get our bagels pretty quickly. There were at least 4 people behind us and every single one of them got their orders which included more complex things than two simple bagels. After waiting forever I went to the register and told them I had been waiting a long time for my food and that I wanted my money back but was then rudely told she can’t do that and said she was getting my bagels made even though I clearly said I didn’t want them. You would be much better of going to the one in stab dale where the service is much better and food gets out a lot quicker.

Can’t get an order right! The couple’s drinks in front of us were both wrong and my chai tea has coffee in it?!?!? Maybe you should train your baristas on how to make the correct drinks. Never stopping at your location again.

Great coffee and muffins, good service and helpful baristas.

Love that the staff is well versed in what is available and what is not. Went for a special shark week drink and was happy with the service and staff.

I come here almost everyday and the managers and employees are so awesome and I look forward to seeing them when getting my coffee for the day. Love them!!!

Fast and friendly service. This store was very clean, and the baristas were very nice and efficient. They were having a problem with their computers and they still got my order out no problem. Never been to this location before but will definitely come back.
