Staff preoccupied talking to each other while customers waiting to be assisted for an excessive wait... Otherwise, clean space and drinks are average for Biggby quality. Did not have food but it looked to be well made from seeing other orders.

Was soo excited to finally try this place after moving close by. Actually very disappointed in the limited menu, no drive-thru and the coffee I did purchase was not good. Good quality was acceptable, but the actual taste was terrible. Prices were half of what Starbucks cost, but not worth any price with such gross tasting food.

Decent work atmosphere. Probably the closest coffee shop to Grand Valley University that is open past 2pm. OK coffee, but not the most flavorful. I got simple drip coffee (the brew was mocha java) and it was fairly weak. I would have gone with french roast but they were out. But then they refilled the french roast while I was working. With my free refill I got some, and it was more what I was looking for. So overall, a good but not great experience.

I have very mixed feelings about this Biggby location. About 3 years ago, this was my favorite place to go for coffee. The baristas were very friendly and even knew my order. They all appeared to love their job and getting to know their customers which was refreshing. Over the last year or so however, I cannot say that this still holds true. Most of the time (not every time though), the baristas look miserable- not even a forced smile or a "How are you today?" Even when I say thank you when they hand me my drink, I rarely get a "You're welcome" or "Have a nice day." It is really sad to see this location's customer service go downhill. Hope to see things return to how they used to be.

It was fast, good coffee and a delicious bagel

This is one of my favorite Biggby coffees. The drinks are always made right(almost). Hey no one's perfect but the staff is normally pretty courteous and chipper for the morning when I go. My drink of choice is the Mocha Carmel. Just enough chocolate and caramel!

Went there late afternoon, and waited longer than normal which wasnt a problem. Until i received my frozen drinks and both were Super watery. Never had one made wrong before. Wouldve waited to get them fixed, but there was a line forming and i wasnt planning on spending my Sunday in line. :(

They do their best. Our system is messed up so jobs like this are only held by temporary staff.
If we viewed all service professions with dignity, we can have higher quality service, and more consistent service.

I'll start this off by saying I am not a coffee lover. However, I do enjoy coffee shops and the other things they have to offer outside of coffee-based drinks. Because this is a chain, if you have been to one Biggby, you have kind of been to them all. But I enjoy the design in this one. Though there aren't separate rooms, the fireplace in the middle sort of creates a nook in the back for more peace and quiet if you want to work. There are plenty of outlets and seating options. I don't know what it is about this particular store, but the clientele it tends to attract are particularly obnoxious. And the staff can have been short at times, not personable.

I was going here almost every day for my coffee. I will never step foot in here again. It’s the only store and only biggbys that enforce his masks every time. I’ve been against them from the beginning, it’s unconstitutional and now proven to be dangerous and even the cdc’s studies show your more likely to get covid from wearing a mask... so when their employees get it.... or get hurt by passing out, or a customer does, they can be sued. I’d rather businesses owners stick up for what IS right, and not just what’s being forced onto people. They lost my $2000 a year.
