Friendly baristas and great drinks! We had the mint chip creme freeze for St. Patrick's Day and it was delicious!

The drive through is a huge positive, and the staff here is amazing! They’re always friendly and great service. Today they took an extra 30 seconds to get my drink( not a big deal), and they apologized a d gave me a free drink for my next visit.

I go to biggby alllllll the time usually Grand Haven or spring lake and this location I immediately felt like a bother the moment I walked in the door. The girl was rude. My drink didn't taste like anything but weak flavored milk when I ordered an iced teddy bear with an extra shot. Pretty depressing experience.

I'm not a coffee drinker, but I love their triple berry mocktail with sweet foam and a shot of zing. The staff are always friendly at this location and make you feel welcome. They have a loyalty card that is worth getting if you're going to frequent biggby.

I only came here for a Carmel Iced Coffee. I myself do not know if they serve food. If they do I bet it's yummy.
The employees where kind and extremely helpful. I didn't know what I wanted but I new I needed coffee.
Coopersville Biggby Coffe get a 5 star from me. The Carmel Coffee was yummy expensive but yummy.

This Biggby is great. The staff is friendly, and my toddler son insists on going inside to play with their giant chest of toys anytime we drive by.

I mean it's Biggby! I feel comfortable giving this location five stars. All of the Baristas are super friendly and the only issues that I have had have been when I've gone at peak times of the day like first thing in the morning and they're slammed. During peak times it can be a little slow but other than that this is one of my favorite locations.

Great place to get coffee similar to Dunken donuts. They have flavored coffee and other drinks as well as donuts and breakfast sandwiches. The employees are very nice and efficient. The mocha mint coffee was very tasty.

I seriously love this Biggby location. The drinks are always perfect, but the staff is what makes it the best. They're always incredibly friendly & I love that they remind me to use my card to get points.

I didn't realize it was b o g o Wednesday and got two separate orders with a drink on each order and I asked if I could get that still and since I had paid for it he said no but he didn't make the suggestion on my second order that I hadn't paid for yet that I could get a free drink on that and I was already irritated so I didn't think of it till later. I called the manager and she just said she understood did not offer me a free drink or anything I'm done with biggby
