BIGGBY COFFEE

Everyone is very friendly here. All items I have tried have been wonderful, the tea lattes have been my favorite but if I need a kick I love the chai charger. I find it a great location to meet up with friends, especially since it is almost halfway from both Muskegon and Grand Rapids.

The young woman that work here make the experience and coffee taste better. They are so sweet!

Great employees, welcoming environment, the most succulent vibes. Get the mocktails for a certified swag moment.

They were polite and helpful especially since I was disoriented from lack of sleep. Everyone was new but they did a great job. My butter bear was delicious and, for once, I was able to drink it right away without burning my taste buds lol. But seriously they were friendlier than me and this is coming from mchappy for those in town who know me. 10/10 would come again

Had a frozen butter bear that after 3 times trying to get consistancy right, ended up being a frozen coffee cause she never put in the flavor in. We were just passing thru, so it was too late to turn back on the highway to correct this. My husband liked his, mine was good, I just didn't get what I paid for.

I would never come to Biggby without a coupon because it's really expensive. But when I do, I never regret it. I don't drink coffee but I like to come for the creme freezes, especially when they have speciality ones. Coopersville's staff is friendly and welcoming, but they always seem very, very busy.

A nice, calm place for a meeting.

Love this place! Staff is the best! Definitely try any of their freezes, but my favorites are red bull with real strawberry and chocolate chip cookie.
