Wish they had more sugar-free flavoring options. Great coffee and tea but their staff isn't always the most friendly and they can be extremely slow.. Otherwise great!!

Staff is very friendly and good at what they do. I love biggbys daily deals that they run such as BOGO on thursdays at this particular location. Sitting area is clean and has a toy chest for kids. Nice place to unwind with some coffee.

I usually love stopping at a biggby in the morning on my way to drop my daughter at daycare. I always get something for myself and for my daycare lady.
Yesterday I was pretty disappointed with the drinks that I got from the coopersville location. I ordered the latte of the day, the blackbear (iced), with an extra shot and no whip, and a hot sugar bear for my daycare lady. My drink tasted watered down and like there was no espresso what so ever. Pretty much just chocolate milk with ice. Later in the day my daycare lady mentioned to me that hers also tasted like flavored water pretty disappointed that I paid 11.00 for iced chocolate milk and flavored hot water. I guess I'll go back to hitting up Starbucks in allendale on my way thru.

Biggby is always awesome and rad.

Excellent service and great people. My only complaint is they stop brewing new decaf around 3, way before closing so when I go there at night, they don't have any.

The baristas at the Coopersville location treat you right. Friendly, helpful, and they always try to remember your likes and orders. Definitely recommend going to this Biggby!
