Fun place with great coffee. Plenty of seating and great for groups to meet at.

Love Biggby, but this location in particular is my favorite. Drinks are consistent, staff is friendly and fast, and they almost always have coupons available. Love Love love Coopersville Biggby ❤

The front desk guy was anything but pleasant. He never smiled and seemed bothered by taking our orders. When we attempted to use coupons, he loved telling us no since they were for other locations. I am not sure why, but he did not seem to be happy and was all to ready to share his misery with his customers. The management of this location would do better by counseling him in customer service.

Very friendly, great customer service. I ordered a frozen caramel mocha. It was good but it had a lot of large ice chunks in it so a little difficult to drink through the straw.

My sister in law and I come to this Bigby every Thursday on our way to work, always a good experience! Today in particular was amazing! *Pulled up to the window to order and my wax pen starts smoking 😬 I scream from the passenger seat... the girl on the speaker asks me if I’m alright, I explain that my weirdness forgot to turn it off 🤦🏽‍♀️ I asked if they had a wet towel and bless their hearts they brought me a wet towel along with our drinks perfectly as we asked! Love these girls 🥰 thanks for taking care of a stoner 😬😘🤣
