Staff are always wonderful, very conversational. Drinks are good and they have a wonderful sugar free selection, unlike a certain other chain that shall not be named.... (sf vanilla only now!? I mean c'mon!) I will continue to make the trek the Springs until they finally build one in Fountain.

If i could leave 0 stars i would. I rarely leave reviews but it doesnt matter how nice i am or how much i tip they never make the drink right. How hard is jt to drizzle syrup on a cup? Ive been a barista i cared about my job these employess do not care. At least at Starbucks when it's not made right and you tell them they turn around and make it right not try to tell me its hard to see the syrup? Seriously. . . . .stopped going here and advised everyone i know do not go either what a disappointment and waste of money 😁

The coffee is weak and has an odd flavor. Must just be me, because they have cars lined up in the drive-through all the time. I maybe old fashioned, but just give me a rich, dark roast espresso, like Starbucks, and I'm happy with that. I don't care to have energy shots in my coffee like Dutch bros! The staff was nice and professional, though. Just not for me; I was really disappointed.

Been here more than once and this was my final visit they don’t listen and when they mess up your order they put you in back of the line so you have to wait twice as long for your wrong order. Also the wait times here are obscene and ridiculous.

This Durch location has always been tip top in service and accuracy! Hayden is the epitome of a friendly and is always in the best mood when I see him. Everyone there is great to be honest. Best Dutch Bros in the Springs!

Super customer service which started in the drive through line. Whoever was working the line and the pickup window had excellent customer service. You get a 4.5 rating only because the coffee was a little on the weak side.
