Love DB. Really dislike when they reuse containers to make my drink thus causing cross contamination of flavor. Nobody wants to taste cinnamon in a drink that has no cinnamon. Happens more times than it should. Not just this location. All DB. I will immediately return a drink like this and have it remade fyi. Not a "karen" just absolutely dislike drinks that don't taste like what I ordered. Still 5 stars because my order is right appx 98% of the time. I visit 3-5 times per week and always order the same.

The staff at this dutch bros is amazing! I went to the one off Austin bluffs and they messed up my order twice. So I went to this dutch bros and they took care of me so fast and made my coffee correctly. They always make my coffee correctly at this dutch bros and the staff always does it with a smile and bright attitude. Skip Austin Bluffs and just go to this one.

What happened to this place? I come here for the speed and this was the longest I waited ever....and there were three people in line ahead of me.

The entrance here is a little different than other Dutch Bros so the one line seems to get a little bit longer, but the wait is never bad I am super happy this new location is right here in my neighborhood, I think its awesome there is a location up north now. People are awesome as usual and the coffee is always excellent. I do question the strategy of being right next to the Starbucks that recently moved to the shopping center. Overall I will be back.

Dutch Brothers has great coffee with many locations. They are super fast and know how to handle a high volume of customers. One of the greatest things I like is their support for the car community. There is a gathering of cars at the Dutch Brothers on Austin Bluffs every weekend when the weather is nice. This past weekend they served as the starting spot for the Gannon Stouch Memorial Cruise In Colorado Springs. They offered their entire parking lot plus all surrounding parking for this Memorial event. I noticed a line of cars wrapping around the entire perimeter that were in line to get coffee. I could not believe how fast the line was moving and there were other attendants outside taking orders ahead of time. I decided to go ahead and get in line and to my amazement it took about four minutes to get my coffee. I would highly recommend Dutch Brothers, they seem to be really on point!
