The Human Bean

Very rich and smooth coffee!!! Best than Starbucks! Thousand times! And many other coffees shops! I love it. I had drank many coffees around different states and countries and my favorite ever is Colombian coffee but Human bean coffee I can say is quite similar 👌😋🤎 I did enjoy my coffee, I regret not buying the large size.
Very unique and special, they give you coffee beans covered in chocolate😋🤎☕️🤎Ah‼️ their toffee biscotti 😱🤗😱 so good!

I was in a panic trying to get some coffee because our normal go-to coffee stand was closing early for the holiday. So I looked up ‘drive thru coffee near me’. And this pulled up and it was closest! So I get there, they’re very friendly and understood my babbling mouth when they asked what I would like. And clarified my order as well, before proceeding. Their drinks were smooth and flavorful! The espresso was very rich and smooth! Beautifully presented. And, most surprising to me, was not overly expensive! I feel they were priced for competitive quality! Because I could easily say it was as good or better than Starbucks. But 1/2 the cost. Thank you Human Bean for making my day better in a crunch and I look forward to my next coffee made right here! ☕️ 😊

This is a totally normal human review of this coffee establishment. The human that helped was both delightful and very humany. Not very beany at all frankly. Me, an also Human, was very pleased with the service i received and was even able to pay in human currency. I will tell others in the masses of this human coffee experience.

Update 12/9/22: Still the same fantastic place. With better trained baristas since they've now been open a year. Service and product have only improved.

Great, super friendly service. I love the Mexi-Mocha! It's the only place I go now.

Stop here almost every morning. Staff is great! Costs are regular. The breakfast sandwiches are darn good. The drip coffee isn't so good, but the espresso is as expected, so as an extra shot, otherwise seems a little more like an Americano. And lastly, my wife is addicted to the bean topper.

Stood outside in the cold for almost 10 mins with not a single person in line nor anyone in the drive thru while staff seemed to be having a nice laughing time inside, not acknowledging and checking to see if they have any customers. Would've loved to try the coffee but that requires an employee to actually look to see if I customer has been waiting out in the cold for 10 mins, after waiting someone pulled into the drive thru and was immediately helped while I stood by the open ordering window. 0 stars prob won't give them a second try, what a joke

I L-O-V-E the lattes at The Human Bean! I love the one in Woodland Park and was thrilled to see one in Colorado Springs! I had a smoothie and it was delicious! 🥤

The staff was very friendly and so nice! If you love coffee or smoothies- give yourself a treat and make a stop at The Human Bean! ☕️

Great little coffee stand, I ordered hot chocolate and it wasn't too sweet which was really nice! The lady helping me was very friendly and made my order very well!

FINALLY got to try ths place out since the one in Woodland Park seems to always be busy whenever I'm up there. I took that as a good sign and I was RIGHT! The menu is super simple and I'm assuming all drinks come with a chocolate covered coffee bean? I thought that was a cute touch. We also got some of their breakfast egg muffins and they were delicious!

My first experience with a human being was in woodland Park. I went through the drive-thru there and I was so pleasantly surprised with not only their menu options but the customer service. Their lunch sandwiches at the one in woodland Park are delicious, they're large and definitely worth the price they're asking. However, they just recently opened a few locations up here in Colorado springs and I've been to two of them and I honestly have to say not only do they not serve the lunch sandwiches but I have found a whole experience to have left me wanting. The customer service is lacking, they seem to have trouble with pretty basic coffee orders... Their timing for getting your coffees to you while waiting in the drive-thru definitely needs improvement. I don't know if this is a management issue or they're not being trained properly, but I would definitely say that my experience from the one in woodland Park to the ones here in Colorado springs is quite different indeed. Not too thrilled so far with how the stores here are operating.
