The Human Bean

Human Bean has some of the best coffee and baked goods I have had in Colorado. I got a Hazelnut Caramel Mocha paired w/ a Bacon Egg & Cheese Sandwich and it was delicious. You can tell they make their food w/ love and pull their espresso w/ care. I ordered takeout and it was packaged so nicely - I even got some cute decals! I also got a Chocolate Covered Espresso Bean for free as well which I have never had and it was amazing.

Sweet baristas, short wait, and amazing espresso! The Mexi Mocha with oat milk is my new go to coffee. 10/10!

Heard about this coffee shop and happened to be in the area for my sons appointment. Stopped by afterward to try it out and so glad I did! The coffee was amazing and did not taste burnt like another big corporate coffee chain. It was a little more expensive but nonetheless still excellent. The girls working were so kind and friendly. Will absolutely stop by again sometime.

I’m so happy to have The Human Bean open up down in COS. Their cold brew is so good and the service is always excellent.

I like the product, but the service is horrible. With 2 cars in front of me, it took 10 minutes for me to get to the window (no exaggeration). Then they couldn't figure out what I ordered, then they made the wrong drink, before I finally got my drink. I may not go back.

The Human Bean is easily going to become the go to spot for me! This is my second time going and they are super nice and the coffee is great! It’s like 3 minutes away from my house 👍🏼👍🏼
I like that they take your order in person. Not sure if that’s because they are new and don’t have a microphone yet or if it’s parts of their brand but I love it! Thank you!
