This is hands down my favorite coffee, but the amazing addition of the fabulous staff makes it one of my favorite places to spend money. The customer service is ALWAYS amazing. I have literally never had a bad experience at any Dutch location, but this one is definitely top 3!
I just always feel so bad they're standing outside! I love the dedication from the staff to keep up the Dutch name and just know you're appreciated!

Hit this little place 10/15 around 6pm for some hot chocolates while visiting daughter at UCCS, the staff was awesome and very friendly! I love that charm when people say "What can I get you love" I just melt :) so sweet and quick! awesome little place!!

Today was sticker day, and like every single day I left extra early for work to be able to come and get my rebel and sticker. But today it seems like they were extremely short staffed and after standing in line for over 20 minutes I got up to the window and told the lady that unfortunately I am not going to have time to wait for my drink and I am going to have to leave because otherwise I will be late for work, and asked if she would be willing to give me one sticker since I at least waited in line for that long to try. She then rolled her eyes and said no everybody else has to wait, you should’ve known better. And then proceeded to tell me I had to buy a muffin top to get a sticker. I don’t know know if Dutch Bros is teaching their employees to gate keep the stickers. But I’m pretty sure they won’t take it out of their paycheck if they give out one extra sticker, to a very loyal customer.

Usually Dutch Bros is super quick, even with a long line. It’s one of the things Dutch bros is known for, but the past two times I’ve come to this location, I’ve had to wait OVER 30 minutes in the drive thru. Maybe because the walk up orders are prioritized? Either way, I’d choose a different location if you’re looking to get some Dutch. I gave myself 30 minutes but was still late to work.

24 degrees and 20 + mile an hour winds and they are making the employees take orders outside. No minimum wage job should have people do this. Its coffee folks, not a blood bank. I will go to a place that treats their employees better. I like Dutch Bros. otherwise.
