Came here for some tapioca tea. Loved the rose tea, the kids had smoothie type drink that they made for them based on things they liked. Woukd absolutely come here again. Service was good and they were very helpful in helping you place your order. Atmosphere was pretty pleasant and relaxing.

First time I’ve tried Teapioca Lounge. The music was too loud. The cashier struggled to hear what I said and vice versa. I felt I was raising my voice at my friend trying to have a conversation with her inside the store. It was also super super busy. Non-stop people coming in with a line to the door. It was Saturday and this place has good reviews so it makes sense.
The drink I ordered was the regular sized dirty vanilla chai cream blast (large is HUMONGOUS!). The drink itself was good. I also got the brown sugar tapioca balls (had no clue what I was in for lol). Personally did not like the tapioca balls. They were very large and chewy. Great in pudding, not so much a drink and because they are brown they really make me think of rabbit terds.
Overall I recommend this place to tea lovers looking for a unique place. I do not recommend sitting in the restaurant if you’re planning to have a conversation or a more peaceful experience.

Great place. The drinks all taste good and there is plenty of seats and even some games to play while waiting for your drink. Staff are knowledgeable of good combinations as well. If you do get any drink with ice in it though for the love of whatever deity you believe in ask for less ice because if you don't they decide the normal amount of ice for some reason is 2/3 to 3/4 of your cup.

This place is awesome!! Loved their tea with popping bobas! Can't wait to try their baby bobas next time! They are very friendly and helpful, the service is fast and it's just the best boba in Colorado Springs by far! Can't wait to go back!

Been here a few times and have always gotten great service. Short wait to order and even short time to get my drink. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an assortment of Boba or smoothies. Will definitely be back in the future to curb my Boba craving.

THANK TEA HEAVEN - so happy to find a spot to offer such a full menu of Asian flavors I have been missing for months. So happy I found this spot, they offer mini boba which is hard to find, have an awesome employee favs menu, and even patbingtsu!! The place was immaculate, and the employees were all eager, patient and happy to take my order. They were also sweet enough to let my service puppy in training join without issue.

I went here with family because they all love boba. I do not and they made me the best mocha caramel frappioca minus the boba. Also had some macarons, the creme brulee one is delicious. Great service and friendly staff.

Teapioca Lounge is an awesome and fun place for variety of drinks, not just for their boba teas.
We've been here a few times and always had great experience. My favorite is Oolong milk tea but today we tried Mocha Frappocino with coffee gelatin, and Honeydew Cream Blast with tapioca. There are a lot of add-on options, from tapioaca, gelatin, pudding, buster and others so let's get creative.
The line was long but it was cleared very quickly. The owner, Kim seemed cognizant with the busyness but mindful to maintain friendliness and being conversational with her customers. The other front counter staff appeared to be well trained as well.

This is my new favorite place to get boba. I love that they have a larger option(44oz) than most places. They have a very wide variety to choose from. The service is great as well very friendly & quick. They also have employee recommendations that are updated every so often, quite helpful if you don't know what to get. Even if you don't like boba They have a lot of great smoothies you can try. I usually get the Thai blast tea or the Matcha Frappioca & add vanilla/honey.

Just ordered a coffee boba, told them not to put any ice and they said they can't do that. Now look what I meant? Half of the drink is ice and I only get half of my boba drink that cost $6~$7 ! Not my first choice place and try to cheat my drink. Will not visit again!!
