Paid 7.00 for ice with a bit of coffee drink. I couldn't get the boba through the straw because there was so much ice packed in. The management said I should have waited for the ice to melt. I think they should serve a drink that is ready for the customer to drink it. I'll go elsewhere, and I strognly recommend others do, as well.

Edit: A half hour after I ordered the drink it was still 85% ice. It would have taken 3 hours to be able to drink it. Also, you drink boba through through a GIANT STRAW making it very hard to drink slowly. This was sold as a 22 oz drink. I got 5 ounces and ice. This place is a rip off and they make excuses instead of fixing it.

Love love love love LOVE! The combinations are endless, and the addition of add-ins like mini boba, bursters and regular boba just adds to the excitement. The flavors meet and exceed my expectations, and the sizes?? Even better! They also have macarons of unique and delicious flavors. Try the rose one! The wall art, mesmerizing. The staff, friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The overall atmosphere, very laid back. Highly highly recommend.

I got a mocha coffee frappioca and a dark chocolate macaron. It was so yummy! And there's a really cool vibe here. Love this place.

My family visited Teapioca while in Colorado Springs for our daughter's birthday, BEST Boba we've ever had! The owner is kind, very personable & welcomed us warmly. We especially enjoyed the versatile menu & mango snow ice! Thank you, we will definitely visit again the next time we're in town. Wishing you much success!

Came in today and my order wasn’t what I wanted. I had told the person I did a mobile order for the first time and I get the same thing every time. Taro coconut blended they made it iced and refused to fix it. They said that I would have to purchase it again on top of what I got. I explained to them it’s not what I ordered and they refused. Because of how poorly it was handled. I will not be returning. I even went to explain that this is not okay and that in the past when this happened they gladly did so. Idk why this time was different.

The employee who took my order was rude, and heard her voice in a whispering habit but loud enough for me to hear "she didn't even noticed" laughing about. From the start of getting my order taken to walking away from the counter. I already didn't like this play. Kung fu tea is much better.

This boba tea is by far the best i have ever had in the springs they have a wide variety of flavors to choose from!! They also give you enough boba for your drink unlike other places it seems like they barely put any boba. Finally the other thing I love about this place is that the boba isn’t frozen !!!! It’s nice and squishy just like how it should be with the right amount of sweetness.

This place is AMAZING! I love everything they serve, my main drink being a Jasmine Green Tea with Peach Flavoring and Lychee gelatin. Everyone is always so friendly, my drink is always perfect, and I barely have to wit for my order to be ready. I have honestly become addicted.

The best place in all of colordo to get Boba Tea!! The service is great and you get to choose from many flavors and combinations! They are always packed but you can call and order in advance if your in a hurry!

I've been here 4 times now and while the drinks are very good, the service is terrible. One register for this over-packed nightmare area of the springs?? What a joke. I'm standing in line and there are 14 people ahead of me and about 8 more behind me. I ORDERED ONLINE! I've already paid for my drink. I called and apparently they don't send you a notification when your order is ready. If I hadn't paid online already, I'd walk out. The last kid to take my order knew nothing about the menu at all. I ordered the same beverage 2 times in a row and it was completely different the 2nd time. Would not recommend.
