I love this place. Anytime I'm in the vicinity, I can't help but make a quick stop. They make an avocado smoothies at is incredible. Double tapioca!

I had a great experience a while ago, great service(only when the owner was there) and great tea! I decided to order 6 drinks for my employees so I called. The lady on the phone asked me to order online, no big deal so I did! The online ordering platform isn’t friendly at all and it’s missing one of the most important toppings, boba! Thus, I called again thinking maybe they could do something about it or make my drinks with boba so I could pay the differences when I get there. All I got was, oh sorry none of us is trained for the app. I asked to speak with a manager or the owner, she told me no one knows! It’s really that simple just make my drinks and I’ll pay the differences when I get there but not willing to help out at all.

Love LOVE this place!! As a boba expert, I tried every boba place in every streets and corners in Colorado Springs, this place is on top tier. Their salted caramel cream blast tea is just heavenly, and Vietnamese coffee with boba is a MUST! They also offer military discount, which I was bit surprised!

Always mess up my order

We are addicted to teapioca lounge. The kids love boba teas and we order unsweetened cream black tea. The drinks are delicious and the sealed cups are so fun. Worth it for the family trips and cold drinks. Recommend everyone try and find their flavors. Staff are always very friendly. Cute free stickers too.

Been here a few times, they can never seem to get our order right. Music is too loud so half the time I feel like cashier can’t hear us. For the price I’d expect better service.

I never really liked boba until this place. Sooo good. So many drink choices and boba flavors. It’s reasonably priced and everyone is friendly. I’m addicted.

Had the great pleasure placing my order with Eric this evening 8/2/22. He was knowledgeable with helping myself and daughter try something new. He wanted to ensure he suggested something we would like by asking us questions of what we would prefer in our drinks. When received our order I was very happy with my order. Eric reassured my daughter that what she ordered is dairy free. She was very happy with drink as well. It’s nice to know she has a safe option to order a creamy drink from that won’t give her an allergic reaction. Normally we go to a competing boba place on Academy. We are tired of driving to that location and went here instead to see how Teapioca compared. We will definitely be back!

Everything was amazing. Wife loves boba tea. I can't wrap my head around paying 30 dollars for 2 drinks though.

Came in and ordered a coconut milk tea. Tasted beyond nasty, watered down green tea with no hint of coconut. Unfortunately I didn’t try it before I left otherwise it would have been remade.
