This place is pretty neat. It has free wifi for guests..some of the seating is cozy and some of the seating is designed for in and out. The staff is friendly. Busier than Starbucks. They have. A huge variety of drinks with tapiaco or with out. Delicious too.

We got their shaved ice which was like a cross between a frosty and a flake chocolate bar. We got chocolate and our friends got strawberry with vanilla ice cream and fresh strawberries. Our friends also got a boba, which they loved. It was a cute place to hang out and have a treat.

Quick and fast boba shop located in a plaza. Stopped here on my way to Waco, TX from Austin. They say things are bigger in Texas and that's true since I ordered a large and it was 44 ounces!! Got a Chai Boba Tea with boba and egg pudding. Definitely huge and had excess when I finished my trip.
They have all the fixings and can do a lot of customization as well. I also noticed that they sell sweet ice too! Would like to try that out another time. Good stop to make if traveling!

YUM! My first time here and loved it. Ordered a mocha coffee tapioca and it's awesome! Reasonable prices, quick service, great atmosphere.

One of my favorite bubble tea chains, this location does the brand well. I usually get a pure matcha tea with cubed ice, basil seeds, and aloe, and they make it as well as locations in any other city. Friendly staff and the drinks came out quick despite being busy.

One of the best tea 🍵 place in Austin

This was my first time coming here and I would recommend not coming here, there are far better places to get boba tea where the service doesn’t suck. We ordered two tea’s and numerous people behind us in line got their drinks ahead of us. Our drinks were just sitting in the back area and when we brought it to their attention, we didn’t get any sort of pleasant response. I would look past the wait time had the customer service not been so terrible. I will be sure to advise those that I know to go elsewhere. Do better.

Horrible customer service. Taking customers for granted. They are too proud and too confident that customers are the ones who need them, not the other way around. They don't care about keeping returning customers. They strongly believe that without their business, people will be miserable. So they act very rude, disrespectful, and bossy. No respect for hard earned money clients. It's their territory. They get to do whatever they want, including lacking service and business ethics. Everything else is just a hype over the tapioca drinks. In this case, you can find it somewhere else, buy it from those who originally invented these drinks. This store is just another franchise, copied and pasted. They missed so many details along the copy process, like how to take care of your customers. These principles need to be taught to every new franchise entrepreneur.

We LOVE this place! We have tried multiple things and haven't been disappointed yet! My go-to is a chocolate smoothie with strawberry blasts (i either skip the tapioca or get half). The last thing my husband tried was a cherry slush with fresh watermelon. It was amazing! We have been to 2 locations but this particular one seems to have cashiers that are a little more friendly and helpful. At the other location off Parmer the lady usually just stands there staring at us with a blank face quietly. Awkward and not helpful. So we come to this one off HI35 instead.

Terrible customer service. It took forever to get our drinks and people that ordered after us received theirs first. My drink was sitting in the shaker for over 5 minutes being ignored with the cup full of boba waiting to have the tea poured sitting right next to it. Completely unorganized and appears to be run by incapable children.
