As always, we received the Dutch Bros VIP service.
This was our first time visiting this location. Service was excellent, and our drinks were delish. The wait was a little long because this appears to be a very popular location, but it was well worth the wait! Very happy we popped by.

I went on my Birthday to get my free drink and had a great experience. Malachi has great customer service and made me feel real good just by his conversation. The highlight was him written Happy Birthday Erika and drawing a crown on the lid. Him just spelling my name right showed me that he was paying attention. Small things matter !

I come here extremely often, almost once a day. I get the same thing and always appreciate the work done and leave a pretty decent tip. I did the same thing today and got my usual drink. The only thing different today was that they clearly made my drink a smaller size on accident or in purpose and crammed the cup with ice to fill the space. My drink that I usually finish in 1 hour at work was finished in the 5 minute drive from the location to my job. Extremely disappointed today. Never had this happen before and seems extremely random. Will be going back though because I have an addiction lol but just thought I would share my thoughts.

I've only been here like 5 times now, but they are super impressive! They literally will jump through hoops to make you happy. Whatever you want in your drink, you'll get and if you can think it up, they'll make it. Honestly better than the name that everyone is used to and goes to. I WAS conditioned to think the burnt flavor of the "mermaids" coffee was great until I had Dutch. Super happy with my change.

Came in the morning and the drive thru was pretty packed so we walked up to the window. The staff was friendly and we were served quickly. My husband got an Irish cream and it was good.

Starbucks what?? Pft, you know why the lines are always around the block? DBC doesn't hate the military and the drinks are the shizzy yo! Every time I go I get something different, lately I have been throwing in some odd combos to see if it's an issue, not once have I been disappointed! Customer service is on point, especially when they walk the line with a tablet and chat you up.

Awesome Dutch Bros!! Makaya got her birthday pup cup. Always a Dutch Bros dog!!! Service is excellent! Staff are friendly and understanding when it comes to Makaya getting excited about her pup cup. Drinks are awesome and the menu is often updated. Much better than any other national brand. The green mermaid brand is suck a waste of time and money.
