Dutch Bros Coffee

Very cold inside. Thank God, I got hot coffee

Went to DB for the first time today. 12 Noon, not during morning rush, and my 1 cup of coffee took over 20 minutes.
Now I know why there's always a line arohnd DBs, it's not because their coffee is "amazing," It's because their service is. Very. Very. Slow. 🙄
(no they were not short staffed. One staff even took a break while there was a long line via drive through and inside the store)

Drive through consistently takes about half hour. They got my order wrong, turning my 1 drink into 2. By the time I got to the window I was very late and they werent finished with the second drink they turned my order into. I was so rushed to leave that I forgot to ask to get the other drink refunded. So I left with a $10 cup of green tea.

Never again.

The drinks are so good and I really do love Dutch Bros but the wait in the drive thru is ridiculous! Waited almost an hour for 2 drinks. The lanes split and merge again but there is only one person taking orders. Truly a horrible and inefficient drive thru.

I'm super disappointed. I was excited to see a DB as I'm travelling and haven't seen one in weeks. I stood in the line at the window for 20 minutes before walking away without ever being acknowledged.

Oh I planned to leave a review from the beginning but i was enjoying my drink too much to even think straight!

I would give it a cliche of a review but i hate cliches...

This has got to be my favorite place to get drinks now! I will drive out of my way just to get the delicious flavours. I have not gotten a bad drink...so far my favorite has to be CocoMo

When am I going next? Maybe later today!!!

Waited 15 minutes in the drive thur. The girl at the window was talking and laughing with the car in front of me for 5 minutes. She had her beverage already and was just having a great time while the line of cars was all the way around the building. I finally honked and the car drove away. Disappointed to see my drinks and also the drinks of many cars behind me just sitting on the counter ready to go. 1:00 on 2/9/22

Drinks are delicious, but lobby is super hot, no A/C, I think that's a must for Bakersfield, also all the benches were dusty, we all got our clothes dirty while waiting for our drinks. Drive thru was crazy busy that's why we decided to walked in. We noticed that the drive thru employees don't have any shade or water there was 106 degrees outside! It's just not right.

Same great drinks and service as the rest of the locations in town. The only issue is this location is really slow. All locations are busy, but this one can take up to 3 times longer to get your order. I’ve waited over an hour before for my order.
