If you’re sitting in the drive-thru for 14 minutes with six cars in front of you that haven’t moved or placed their orders yet, cut your losses and get out if you can. I was able to back out before I got blocked in by the curbing. First world problem, I know.

My hazelnut truffle mocha was good. But the server talked my sister out of add more sugar to her drink and it was to strong for her. But everything else was fine.

I live Dutch Bros. So much better than Starbucks. The coffee is amazing and no bitter taste. The workers are always nice and friendly even on a busy day.

Long time Dutch bros fans from Colorado but, a 30 minute wait for two drinks when you go inside to hopefully avoid the slower drive thru… someone needs to be in charge of managing who does what better.

The staff here are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The coffees are very good and very expensive. The place and lot are always maintained and look almost spotless. Though there can be quite a line here they manage to move pretty quickly.

I have been going to Fresno's Dutch Bros for almost a decade, and every time I visit family in Hanford, I go to their Dutch Bros. Having said that, I was really excited for Bakersfield to finally get one.
I rather make my own coffee but since I had to go jury duty, I decided to hit up the California Ave location.
The coffee was good, as always. But the guy who took my order held up the line, trying (in vain) to talk to the woman in the car in front of me. It took a few minutes for him to finally reach me. They usually have two people out there, but I guess one of them was on break.
The worst part was that they filled the ice 2/3 of the whole cup! They gave me very little coffee and all ice!

Outrageously disappointed. I just left with my drink and it's wrong. I asked about the caramel drizzle (she confirmed the order) and she said"it sinks". Yes I'm aware, but there's nothing in the cup. I showed her the bottom, then tasted it and told her there was nothing and she said "yeah I'm sorry here's your other drink. Thanks have a great day". Are you kidding me? I said, "You can see the caramel in this drink, but there's still no caramel in my drink." to which she replied, "yeah I'm sorry."
We left because there a massive line and I'm not going to hold up at least 10 cars because they messed up and have zero regard about getting the order right **when I'm at the window**.
