Dutch Bros Coffee

Editing from 3 stars to 1 after our last experiences. We ordered two medium blended drinks they charged us for large and we explained that they had made our order wrong and charged us for large instead of medium, they remade them but made them medium and didn't refund the difference in price, we decided to get our drinks and leave, the drinks didn't taste like they should, they had a cool aid Taste to them, they had no banana flavor in our fire lizards, we won't be going back bad experiences multiple times. We miss Oregon dutch bros

Love Dutch Bros Coffee! You could tell they were over-whelmed by the heat. Thankfully there was a walk-up window where I could order so I didn't have to wait in the long drive-thru line.
Great drinks. Friendly staff.

Edit: Now that the hours are sorted out I have no complaints. The customer service is great. They are busy, so make sure you have the time to wait because it is worth it.

This place is great...when it is open. The last two days it has been closed with only a sign on the drive thru window saying they are temporarily closed.

Save yourself the time and drive a little further to the Dutch Bros on Chester st. This one is too slow

Love it the best way better than Starbucks drinks are cheaper and bigger I can't even finish a large I get a medium iced vanilla chi tea it's like heaven in a cup

It's been so nice not having the long lines the past month or so. The employees are always so nice no matter which location I go to. Great customer service.

I love going to Dutch bros! And being from Bakersfield has made me love it more now that we have several locations opening up. I go out of my way every morning before work (at least twice a week) to get the SF cocomo, even though round trip from work is about 30 minutes. Every time I am attended by good customer service associates. Keep it up and make sure you guys never stop going in! Thank you.

I'll be the odd one out. It's not worth the wait, the hype nor the price. It's not BAD coffee but it's not mind blowing coffee either. If you look through the window you see the lineup of Torani brand syrups on the shelf. The frozen drinks are a novelty at least . So if you want a place to go for novelty and are in no hurry at least the people are nice and trying their best. I dont have a half hour to wait for $5 Torani coffee even if it has a cute name.
