Dutch Bros Coffee

I do walk up at Dutch Bros.
Was rainy with wind. Still , atmosphere was better than waiting in the car for a packed line to get a cup of highly specialized beverage.
Non alcohol.

Good, consistent coffee. Great black, or as one of the crazy drinks.

Just be sure to tell them if you want your drink hot, they tend to assume you want it iced.

I’ve been to so many Dutch bros and most of the time I go for the customer service. This is the worst Dutch bros I’ve been to. They mess up my order all the time and take forever even with no line. They also seem annoyed when I order. Just not impressed because other Dutch bros hold such a high standard.

Excellent customer service: friendly, helpful and positive personalities! Oooh the coffee is really good too! I ordered a drink called, annihilation, I added white chocolate to the drink, per recommendation of the clerk. Yummy 😋. The drink is not sweet nor bitter.

The customer service here is fantastic! If your drink is ready before a person ahead of you in the drive thru..like today. I was getting one drink and a person ahead of me was getting six drinks, they came out to the drive thru line to give me my drink! Amazing! The line moves fast anyway and the drinks are great! They even gave me this sticker!

Just got home and noticed the difference in color of my drinks when they are supposed to be the exact same drink. Wish I didn’t live so far away from this location so I could return for what I ordered. Supposed to be two annihilators with light ice and 3 extra shots each and idk wth I got 🥴

This place consistently takes 45+ minutes to get your order done. I’ve been skipped completely 3-4 times in the line, and one of the workers literally got into a car in the line and didn’t take the rest of the cars that were waiting forever to get their orders in.

I love the drinks here. The menu is extensive so they have pretty much a drink for every taste bud, hot or cold. The prices are reasonable and the sizes are big. Starbucks doesn't even compare to the taste, size, and price here. The only downside is it takes a long time in the drive thru. I understand the time for custom drinks but it should not be an excessive wait time. Both times I've been it's been at least a 15 minute wait.

Never been to a Dutch Bros and wanted to try it since I’ve heard good things. Walked in and stood at the counter for 5 minutes without being acknowledged despite multiple workers walking past me. One lady walked past me 4 times. It’s cool if you’re busy, but at least a “hi, we’ll be with you in just a minute” would be nice. I ended up leaving and drove across the street to Starbucks.

Coming from Humboldt county never had an issue. Ordered three drinks and waited almost 45 mins. Staff very slow and it looks like one person working the machine. Seems inefficient. I’m used to Humboldt speed where we are in n out under 5 mins with walking up in the drive through.
