The lobby could stay open until they close. Mobile orders would be great if available. Other coffee shops offer this service. Dutch bros might benefit from following this trend.

Unfortunately very slow if u are going inside. Nobody working the front. They kinda get to you when they have a moment. First time coming but not the best experience. And now after having the cotton candy freeze. I definitely would not go back especially after the wait

They take to long for my order i was in line for like 40 minutes

Drive thru takes too long, sitting there while they talk to customers after coffee is already given to them. Love the coffee but wait times are too long. Maybe a little more time management so people can get to work....

I love Dutch bros but this location needs to get it together, the line can be short and I'll still be stuck in it for over 30min

Love the drinks here. Nephew took me for the first time had no clue that coffee shop. Always thought it was like a paint store from the outside of it and just a name. Although I was wrong I was not sadly disappointed. The coffee did I have had was outstanding and at a reasonable price. The workers who greeted us she was so sweet energetic, friendly, outgoing oh, just an all-out cool and happy vibe.. I recommend this place

Love dutch bros so friendly and caring good prices and drinks

Been there 3 times. First time staff was more interested in other staffs orders than customers order. It was busy-More people taking order than making drinks. Second time they got my order wrong. Third time it was busy. Quick service and got my order correct. Not as friendly as other Dutch Bros.
