Dutch Bros Coffee

Iced vanilla breve with soft top is delicious. My kids love the smoothies and lemonades. Set up in drive thru is organized for the amount of cars. Wait time is not bad, took me like 30 min but I was like 20 cars away from the window.

Very friendly staff, excellent coffee.

Where are the staff taking orders outside since there is no voice ordering system?

The wait at the drive thru was very ridiculous. I will never come to this location again. I'm not sure if because they were low on employee or there was a event happening inside the coffee shop. But waiting for 25-30 mins was disappointed.

We got the Caramelizer (caramel mocha) hot coffee and it was prepared really well. The staff is very friendly and prompt in service. They also have restrooms open and seating area inside as well.

Takes way to long to get your order. 1 small coffee and waited almost an hour. The staff were bringing out drinks to their friends that were just hanging out. NO AIR CONDITIONING INSIDE. Asked the worker why it takes so long and she said there were only 2 workers which was a LIE…. There was at least 6 that I saw. Won’t be going back to this location.

Service was nice.
Time waiting was horrible 45 min for coffee...never again......I asked for a coco mo cold brew extra shot....tasted like watered down coffee and a hint of chocolate. 45min for trash coffee never again ,which is too bad because once I got to the window the place smelled great of coffee aroma. I'll stick to "the other coffee shop" where you can actually taste the coffee.

I have got to say if I could give an extra star, I would give it. Yesterday i got my free birthday drink and everyone inside took a few seconds to all wish me a happy birthday. Came back today and the level of compassion and really just pure human kindness caught me way off guard. This has been one of the worst weeks of my life and yet, here's a coffee company making sure not only is my tummy happy but also my heart and soul. Its really those small acts of generosity that create lifelong customers. Plus the coffee's are amazing.

Disappointed.... we skipped the drive thru but the wait still took 25 min for 3 drinks. We ordered a kids' hot chocolate but they didn't give us a kid straw so our son proceeded to spill half his drink all over himself and our car.

Sloppy... we won't be returning to this location.

Absolutely love! Polite and knowledgeable staff. Very interactive with their customers. I followed the recommendation from the woman who took my order. It was a custom drink and is so delicious.
