I came in, placed an order for a party, they put my name on the order. I come in again later to pick it up at the time they said it'd be ready. I give my name to the person working the counter and ask for my order, she says, "There's a couple of orders back there," and rudely asks me for a detailed description of everything in my order. I silently pay and don't say anything else to her because she's so short about it. She's then very sweet and flirtatious to the next customer, who's male. Guess I had the wrong gender, or maybe they don't like someone reserving a big order for a party? It's too bad that there's nowhere to get real NY style bagels in Huntsville, or at least the friendly customer service that I'd expect from a neighborhood bagel shop. We'll just stop getting bagels altogether.

You know, I wish this place could keep it together. I feel like they try but they just always seem short staffed. They may have bagels, they may not, you never know. More times not though and never have the full selection of bagels. Oh well.

Friendly service and excellent food. We have eaten here a few times. Breakfast hours on the weekend can be busy, but there is always an open table. The everything bagel with bacon egg and cheese is my favorite.

Although they make great bagles to order, this particular store has trouble managing it's bagel line. They rarely have the full selection ready to order and deal poorly with line management. So if you have 20 mins to wait for baking or are flexible on your order swing by the food is tasty once you get it.

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience. Took a friend for the first time and without even saying hello how are you welcome to brueggers they went right into what do you want to order. well my friend needed to look at the menu for a while and wanted to ask a few questions but the person behind the counter talk so fast and seems so rushed that he felt hurry to make a quick decision. upon going to the checkout I ordered a coffee to which the person replied we're out of that coffee I said well nevermind then. Then he came back with well I could make some it'll take a minute or two. I said okay I'll take that coffee then. It just wasn't a pleasant experience and I was very disappointed. I'm not sure who trains people that work in customer service these days but they sure have let us down. Since we are what keeps them in employed, you would think we would be a number one priority.

Nothing you wouldn't expect from a bagel restaurant. Food is okay. However. My wife and I showed up at around 12:20 on a Saturday, literally not a customer in the store. We stood at the front for nearly 5 minutes, totally alone while the staff repeatedly told us "we'll be right with you", as they then continued to clean and stock the store, instead of helping literally the only customers. 15 minutes later, still haven't gotten our order. God forbid there is a line at this place, they wouldn't be able to handle it.

The only time I had a bad experience, someone new made the wrong sandwich... the manager got me a new one and I've been happy ever since. I'm consistently pleased with this place. Chewy bagels, perfect.

I love the Bruegger's in Jones Valley, so I stopped here when I was in Madison. I wish I hadn't bothered. I wasted 12 bucks on a luke warm coffee and a barely toasted sandwich, which I did not eat. The guy who prepared it was complaining about feeling bad after taking medicine. He was loud enough for all the customers to hear. The coffee bar was filthy with old coffee, sugar, crumbs, and the creamer dish looked like it hadn't been washed in days. There was even coffee splashed all over the wall. I will never go back.

Great bagels and they're nearly all dairy free. They have a Wedneaday deal with a coupon for $2 off a baker's dozen. Everything bagel is great, so is cinnamon raisin.

Great coffee and food. A great variety of bagels. Members of my men's Bible study group meet there every Thursday morning after our class.
