One star was too harsh. I was angry in the heat of the moment, but I've edited my rating to reflect the average of the other times I had good service. I know there are supply chain problems but another reason their prices on certain items have increased might be due to the fact that at least couple of their workers allow people to steal. I witnessed a worker hand a bag of food to the woman in line behind me and she just left the building without paying. The cashier brought it up to the other worker, saying "Who is that lady in the green shirt"? Then the worker lied and said "She said she already...." No, she didn't say anything. He couldn't finish his sentence because he knew she didn't say anything. She took her food and left the building and the workers didn't want to get caught for making a mistake that allowed her to steal so they acted like it never happened. I asked the cashier "Did she walk away without paying"? And he ignored me. I will not be coming back to this Bruegger's. They need to wait to hand food to people *after* they have already paid, as every fast food restaurant already does. This happened at approximately 8:55am on November 10th. I hope the manager will review a tape to see what really happened.

So, went in today and it felt like it was about 105 degrees inside, so obviously their AC isn't working. I gave my order for a farmhouse bagel, sat and waited and no one ever told me it was ready. I went to get a refund when they said their oven was down, but found out my sandwich had been made prior to that happening (they just forgot to tell me; I don't blame them I would be delirious in a mask all day with no AC when it is extremely hot outside). Ironically, the last time I was at this Breuggers there AC was down (2 years ago). So in summary, they have no working AC, can you imagine how the employees there feel, and no working oven/toaster oven. Management needs to take care of the business, no one should have to work in there when it is that hot. Plus they were almost out of food and the cream cheese, etc. that is in a cooler by the register felt hotter than normal, so I was a little nervous about the food (are the refrigerators working properly?-who knows).

Super friendly staff and good clean restaurant with good food. Pricey though. Needs some updating. The ordering process needs to be stream lined a little better and the company could benefit from an online ordering app. The building this restaurant is in needs a good pressure washing. Other than that would highly recommend for convenience when you're just dying for a bagel or a coffee stat.

There was a fly in the refrigerator juice case...a dead one. My toasted blueberry bagel had garlic and poppy seeds on it. The unsweetened tea was the worst I had ever tasted. I dumped out the tea and got a coke. Luckily I love garlic on anything. The fly was a big no no.

The best bagels in Huntsville in my opinion. Seasoning is just right on each variety and the price is extremely fair. Always consistent.

Slow don't order a mobile order from them. Even though you have paid for their services and they gladly take your money and promise it to be ready by a certain time when you order but they won't look at it until they have no in-person customers. Like most businesses in the area they're understaffed and overwhelmed.

The bagels were okay, hence the two stars. However, we waited 40 minutes before we got our meals, which were not special orders, and there was not some exceptionally large crowd of customers. There were Doordash people waiting even longer. They have no available seating so you can only get items to go. And we ordered two large unsweetened teas. They gave us sweet teas. When we went back to ask for unsweet they said they don't carry unsweet (who doesn't carry unsweet tea!?) and that they also didn't know how to refund us. With all of this we spent almost an hour here, and none of it eating, just waiting and waiting and then trying to work out the tea situation.

I absolutely LOVE this place, SADLY, since the pandemic hit, the staff is not as friendly, at all!! If you MUST place a "call in order", i recommend NOT doing that!! I was HUNG UP on not once, not twice, but, 3 times, "trying" to place a call in. When a lady finally did answer, she was so rude and you could tell they were busy and under staffed. Causing her frustrations im sure...but for you to tell me you dont know what you have because you dont feel like looking is down right LAZY....I live 30 minutes away. Why would i drive across town not knowing if you have what i needed?? I have worked in plenty of restaurants, so i understand it can be frustrating, but if you dont LiKE your job, you probably shouldnt BE there, because it SHOWS.

Ordered with the app and they didn't have my complete order. I sent my teenager who never checks the bag. I tried calling but no luck. Only reason I am giving them 3 stars is that the sandwhichs we did get were really good!!! Service needs work
