Bruegger's Bagels

This place is nice in Hughes Road but the young man behind the counter just throw assorted bagels in a brown bag carelessly. Did not bother to ask if we need cream cheese napkins or plates. I guess we got spoiled in Panera with the nice packaging and cream cheese. I even bought muffins, orange juice etc also but he did not bother to offer a bigger bag to put them all in. I think my complaint is on the lack of care for customers that this young man displayed on 22 Feb at 130pm. I arrived home and even my young daughter said these bagels looked like they are thrown disrespectfully in the brown bag.

Tasty bagels at a reasonable price. We come here often with the kids. The only detraction is that the staff can't seem to handle more than a few people in the restaurant at a time without getting out of sorts. Overall, recommend.

Yummy selection of cream cheese, including a smoked salmon. Sandwiches were made in timely manner, tasted great.

Bagels and coffee are fine but service isn't great. During a busy Sunday morning visit one employee was frantically taking orders and preparing food while three others were standing around gabbing. Took forever to make it through the line. I couldn't find a place to sit so we just stood. Trash can was partially overflowing onto the floor. Parking lot is tiny and difficult to ingress / egress.

The bagels were big and delicious. I didn't see where I could get a side item of egg, for example, but when I asked the server said it would be no problem. They have several bagels to choose from and include bagel sandwiches. My partner got a bagel sandwich that was incredibly tasty.

Always delicious and great customer service. I wish they had a Bruegger's Bagels in Florence, Alabama. Because it's a long drive for me. But everytime I am in Madison it is definitely a go to place.

First time ordering a breakfast sandwich from Bruegger’s. The smoked salmon was delicious. Customer service was great. They were friendly, and fast with my order.

I just went to this restaurant for the first time with high hopes since I love bagel sandwiches! The staff was friendly even though they were having a conversation amongst themselves the whole time. I ordered the skinny zesty sandwich (plain bagel, turkey sausage, egg white and swiss cheese) with no swiss cheese. My sandwich was sloppily put together so I couldn't keep it together while I was eating it. I dont know if it's the style of the place but the bagels are so thin and dont have much to them. If i go back i won't be ordering a sandwich again.

Great bagels but like many businesses not the same after COVID. Super employees.
